Dignity Health St. Joseph’s, offers support and services for every step of your rehab journey.

Depending on your illness or injury, rehabilitation may range from a few weeks to several years and for some, therapy will be a life-long commitment.

Leading The WayThe Rehabilitation Journey

Inpatient Neuro Rehabilitation is a program for patients with severe neurological conditions, such as brain injury, spinal cord injury and stroke. To learn more, call 602-406-rehab (7342).

Outpatient Rehabilitation offers speech, occupational and physical therapy to patients with a wide range of conditions. Outpatient rehab aims to increase independence by helping patients reach their maximum level of function. To learn more, call 602-406-3230.

Center for Transitional Neuro Rehabilitation (CTN) is a unique program for patients with brain injuries who are transitioning to home, work or school. The CTN program provides patients with the skills, education and support needed to maximize their independence and productivity. To learn more, call 602-406-3473.

Barrow Connection helps patients living with neurological disabilities maintain a healthy and active lifestyle by introducing them to local resources such as peer mentors, support groups, conferences and sports and recreation opportunities. To learn more, call 602-406-6280.

Injury Prevention offer events and programs to educate community members of all ages about stroke, fall prevention, water safety, concussions and more. To learn more, call 602-406-3868.
