Subsequently led the soldiers and managed the unit’s £75M of assets on that deployment.

A secondary duty was to deliver the Regiment’s officer development training for 30 recent graduates over a 12-month period. Re-designed, planned and delivered a new programme.

Nominated as the career counsellor for 70 junior leaders over a 2 year period. Set the personal objectives and wrote annual development appraisals, upon which promotion to sergeant-major and captain was based. All soldiers and officers content with their career progress.

CAREER HISTORY British Army 1998-2015Principally in training, leadership and logistics management appointments, including operational tours of Bosnia (twice), Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan (twice).
