Major Transportation Projects

Evaluation of Candidates All projects in the 10-year UTP are candidate projects. Eligibility is determined with a screening process based on the criteria provided in the TAC, including:

(1) Total project cost

(2) High level of public or legislative interest

(3) Significant level of local or private entity funding

(4) Project is unusually complex

(5) Project satisfies a time-sensitive critical need

Benchmarking Progress of Major Transportation Projects must be tracked and evaluated.

– Benchmarks include ENV clearance, ROW acquisition, UTL adjustments, 100% PS&E, award of construction contract, construction completion

Critical Benchmarks apply if listed in first year of UTP
