Her name, by virtue of her respective ability and extensive experience, has acquired an elite status and goodwill in the mind of the purchasing public important to the advertisement, promotion, marketing, and sale of consumer goods and merchandise, particularly in the beach volleyball and fitness industries.

Athlete License

• Megan will grant the sponsor a license to use her name, image, and likeness in connection with the advertisement, promotion, and marketing of the sponsor.

Branding and Activation

• Megan will wear apparel, such as tank tops, jackets, warm-ups, and temporary tattoos bearing the name or logo of sponsor whenever she is playing competitive volleyball, posing for volleyball photographs, or otherwise engaging in volleyball promotional activities;

• Megan will wear travel apparel and use luggage bearing the name or logo of sponsor whenever she is traveling to or from competitive volleyball events;

• Megan will wear a sponsor temporary tattoo at ten (10) beach volleyball events and/or tournaments;

• Megan will wear the sponsor branding on her bathing suit bottom or top at ten (10) beach volleyball events and/or tournaments;

• Megan will wear a headband or hat with sponsor branding at beach volleyball events and/or tournaments, so long as the headband or hat does not interfere with competition;

• Megan will utilize branded equipment provided by the sponsor (e.g., water bottles, towels, backpack, luggage, etc.);

• Megan will distribute and sign autograph cards with sponsor branding at beach volleyball events and/or tournaments and while travelling; and

• Megan will create a sponsor photo album and photo CD from beach volleyball events and/or tournaments, which photos may be used by the sponsor for promotions or any other desired use.

Social Media

• Megan will actively promote and mention the sponsor using various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook and Twitter). A social media marketing schedule will be created in order to efficiently execute and maximize social media efforts, and to assist the sponsor in monitoring media efforts and results;

• The sponsor’s logo will be prominently displayed on MeganWallin.com;

• Megan will write and provide event retrospectives with mentions of the sponsor that will be posted on her websites and social media pages/platforms for each professional event in which she competes; and

Personal Appearances

• Megan will actively participate and take a role in the advertisement, promotion, and marketing of the sponsor;

• Megan will appear at a number of the sponsor’s functions, events, and personal appearances and will serve as brand ambassador for the sponsor (subject to terms);

• Megan will participate in a photo shoot for advertising, marketing, and promotional materials for the sponsor.

ONSITE BENEFITS & OPPORTUNTIES

Event Presence

• 10’ x 10’ retail tent in Sponsor Village where the Sponsor will have the opportunity to market and/or give away products at the event.

• SpikeKey can/will hire an attractive and outgoing ambassador to man the booth and engage spectators with onsite games, promotions, and give-aways.

• Daily PA announcements (tournaments typically run Friday through Sunday)

• Branded sponsor athlete will compete and promote the Sponsor’s product/brand at the event and will participate in autograph sessions at the retail tent.

• SpikeKey will have a photographer and videographer documenting the athlete during the event.

Experiential Marketing

• Megan has always believed that giving to others takes place in many different ways. She would love the opportunity to focus more of her efforts visiting sick children in hospitals and providing inspiration for educational and athletic success.

Community

• �Self�Confidence�&�Youth�Fitness: Megan and her team SpikeKey Beach hosts numerous free youth volleyball clinics every year.

• Community�and�Sponsor�Win: Megan and her team could host and arrange a free XS Community Youth Sports Day. This type of event can be held in conjunction with an existing seminar. The sports day would highlight a volleyball clinic held by fully qualified coaches and professional athletes. This way we are connecting the brand with teens in a fun, relevant and social environment.

Speaking Engagements

• �Low-Income�Schools: Megan has participated and played an active role in her community. Her past speaking engagements has targeted low-income schools and has addressed the importance of having a dream.

• �Sponsor�Advantage: Megan has worn sponsor branded apparel during these speaking engagements. We would seize the opportunity to invest more time speaking and acting as role models for today’s youth not only in Florida schools, but nationwide.

International Connections

• During the course of Megan’s career as a top 10 professional beach volleyball player and publisher of a beach volleyball magazine, one the best parts for her has been forging partnerships and enduring relationships with other brands and businesses. As a professional athlete, she has experience working with and representing international companies and brands, such as José Cuervo, Australian Gold, and Lumber Liquidators. She has traveled to numerous counties such as: Costa Rica, Cayman Islands, France, Mexico etc.. to train with and help the above national teams. Megan’s volleyball coach is from Brazil and she trains with an international group during the winter.
