Comprehensive Health CareRegular full-time and part-time associates working at least 20hours per week, spouses (unless legally separated), same-sexdomestic partners, and eligible dependent children up to age 26,are eligible for Comprehensive Health Care.

MEDICAL/PRESCRIPTION DRUGADP offers up to three medical plan options: the traditional PPOplan, the Consumer Driven Health Plan with Health SavingsAccount (CDHP with HSA) and, in some locations, HealthMaintenance Organizations (HMOs). Associates contributepartially towards the cost of this coverage. The PPO and theCDHP with HSA provides the freedom to choose in-network orout-of-network providers. Both options offer the same services;however, the out-of-pocket expenses will differ. HMOs offerservices through a network of participating providers.

DENTALADP offers two PPO Dental plan options, as well as a DentalMaintenance Organization (DMO). Associates, along with ADP,contribute toward the cost of this coverage.

All three ADP dental plan options include Orthodontia coveragefor dependent children; however, the DMO also includes coveragefor adults.

VISION CAREThe Vision Service Plan (VSP) offers vision care services,including eye exams, frames, lenses, contact lenses, anddiscounts for LASIK surgery. The VSP provides cost savings toassociates for services received through a network ofparticipating providers as well as the freedom to use a providerthat is not part of the VSP network. Associates pay the full cost ofthis coverage.

Flexible Spending AccountsEligible associates include all regular full-time and part-timeassociates working at least 20 hours per week.

HEALTH CARE ACCOUNTSThe Health Care and Limited Purpose Health Care Accountsallow associates to contribute between $100 and $2,550 pre-taxdollars to cover the costs of unreimbursed health care expenses.

DEPENDENT CARE ACCOUNTThe Dependent Care Account allows associates to contributebetween $500 and $5,000 pre-tax dollars to cover the costs ofdependent care necessary so you and your spouse (if applicable)can work, look for work, or attend school full time.

Survivor BenefitsRegular full-time associates working at least 32 hours per weekare eligible for Basic Life/AD&D, Group Universal Life, andPersonal Accident Insurance. Regular associates working at least20 hours per week are eligible for Business Travel AccidentInsurance.

BASIC LIFE/ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENTINSURANCEBasic Life Insurance of 1.5 x annual salary to a maximum of $1 million is provided at no cost to all full-time associates. Thereis no cost to the associate for this benefit.

ADDITIONAL LIFEAssociates can purchase Group Universal Life Insurance up to 8 xbase annual earnings to a maximum of $3 million for themselves,$250,000 for their spouse and $10,000 for their child(ren) throughMercer Voluntary Benefits.

PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCEAssociates may purchase up to $1 million of insurance subject toa maximum of 10 x base annual salary, or benefit earnings forsales associates, to cover dismemberment or death caused by anaccident. The 24-hour Personal Accident Insurance pays a benefitregardless of when or where the accident occurs. Dependentcoverage may be purchased for a spouse and/or child(ren).Associates pay the full cost of this coverage.

BUSINESS TRAVEL ACCIDENT INSURANCEBusiness Travel Accident Insurance pays a death ordismemberment benefit when an accident occurs while oncompany business. All regular full-time and part-time associates(working at least 20 hours per week) automatically receive thisinsurance on the first day of active employment. The benefit is upto 4 x annual salary to a maximum of $2.5 million. There is nocost to the associate for this benefit.

Disability BenefitsRegular associates working at least 20 hours per week areeligible for Short Term Disability (STD) benefits. Regularassociates working at least 32 hours per week are eligible forLong Term Disability (LTD) benefits.

SHORT TERM DISABILITYAssociates who are disabled due to illness or injury (not workrelated) are eligible to receive up to 100% of pay continuation forup to 8 weeks and 60% of pay continuation for weeks 9 through 26.There is no waiting period for this benefit; STD benefits docoordinate with any statutory or workers’ compensation benefits.

LONG TERM DISABILITYFull-time associates can purchase LTD coverage to cover forextended disability beyond 180 days. The plan pays 60% of baseannual earnings to a maximum of $15,000 per month. Associatespay the full cost of this coverage.

Voluntary PlansAUTO AND HOME INSURANCE PROGRAMSAll full-time and part-time associates are eligible to participatein the group auto and home insurance programs administered byMercer Voluntary Benefits. Associates pay the full cost of thiscoverage.

CANCER AND OPTIONAL SPECIFIED HEALTH EVENTINSURANCEAll full-time and part-time associates and their eligibledependents can apply for the Aflac Cancer and Optional SpecifiedHealth Event Insurance through the convenience of payrolldeductions. Associates pay the full cost of this coverage.

LEGAL SERVICES PLANAll full-time and part-time associates can enroll in the MetLawgroup legal services plan. Coverage is provided by Hyatt Legal Plans,a MetLife company. Associates pay the full cost of this coverage.

Retirement Capital Accumulation Programs401(k) PLANRegular full-time and part-time associates are eligible tocontribute to the Plan on the first day of employment. Associatescan contribute up to 50% of their pay. ADP matches dollar fordollar up to 6% of pay. Matching contributions become fullyvested after three years of service with ADP.

Rollovers from other qualified retirement plans are permitted.

STOCK PURCHASE PLANRegular full-time and part-time associates, working 20 or morehours per week and hired on or before the set eligibility date atthe end of May and November, are eligible to participate in theEmployees’ Savings–Stock Purchase Plan. Two six monthprograms are offered each year with purchases taking place onJanuary 1 and July 1. Associates can contribute up to 5% of theirbase salary or a fixed dollar amount (minimum $20 per payperiod) up to a max of $12,500. At the end of each six monthcontribution period associates can purchase ADP common stockat a 5% discount.

Paid Time OffLEAVE OF ABSENCERegular full-time and part-time associates may be eligible formedical and non-medical leaves of absence under corporatepolicy. Associates returning from maternity leave can alsodiscuss phase back options with their manager.

VACATIONAll regular full-time and part-time associates earn paid vacationtime based on length of service. Vacation time for less than 1year of service is pro-rated.

HOLIDAYS/PERSONAL DAYSADP observes 6 national holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day,Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and ChristmasDay. Additional holidays may be observed depending on businessunit requirements. “Floating” holidays (personal days) aregranted to full-time associates, providing a total of 11 holidaysand personal days per year. Part-time associates are grantedpersonal days on a pro-rated basis. Varies by business unit.

Additional BenefitsWELLNESS PROGRAMAll regular full-time and part-time associates working at least 20hours per week and their eligible spouse/domestic partnerenrolled in the ADP Medical Plan have the opportunity toparticipate in the ADP Wellness Program, administered throughHealthyroads. This program is designed to help associatesunderstand their health status and provides access to tools andresources to help associates reach their health improvementgoals.

BALANCING WORK AND FAMILYThis group of programs is designed to meet the needs ofassociates with family care issues. Programs include the FlexibleSpending Accounts, Child Care Discounts, and Child/Elder CareResource and Referral Services.

LIFECARE®LifeCare®, ADP’s work/family vendor, offers a free resource toour associates and their household members. LifeCare assistsassociates managing their daily responsibilities and life eventsthrough a comprehensive list of services including:

• Prenatal Information• Child and Elder Care Resources• Adoption Services• Self Help Information• Health and Wellness Information• Educational Materials and Resources• Financial and Legal Information

ON-SITE CHILD CAREChild care facilities are offered at some locations. Nationwidechildcare discount programs are in place with several nationalvendors.

FLEXIBLE WORK ARRANGEMENTSADP provides an opportunity for associates to develop flexiblework schedules to meet personal and family needs.Arrangements will be defined by the associate and manager toensure the schedule continues to meet client and company needsand does not impair the level of client service provided.

REAL ESTATE SERVICES TEAM (REST)Whether you are thinking of buying, selling or refinancing a home,the ADP Real Estate Services Team (REST) is ready to assist youwith your personal move. In today’s market, it is more importantthan ever to have a professional on your side. The REST Programprovides you with a personal move manager who will be youradvocate offering counseling services, preferred real estate agentassignments, discounts on mortgage and moving services andaccess to the Home Marketing and Buy Smart Programs. This freebenefit is open to all ADP associates, retirees and their immediatefamily members making a personal move!

ADP FEDERAL CREDIT UNIONMembership in the ADP Federal Credit Union (an independent,non-profit, cooperative financial institution) is open to regularfull-time and part-time ADP associates and their families.

DIRECT DEPOSITAssociates may have their paycheck deposited electronically in upto ten separate bank accounts, including the ADP ALINE card andthe ADP Credit Union.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMA free, confidential, voluntary, short-term counseling and referralservice is available to all full-time and part-time associates(working at least 20 hours per week) and members of theirimmediate households.

ASSOCIATE REFERRAL PROGRAMRegular full-time and part-time associates will receive a one-timepayment if an individual referred by an associate is hired. Thereferral reward ranges from $750-$2,000 depending on theposition classification, and is paid just 30 days after the hiredreferral’s first day at ADP. More information on the AssociateReferral Program is available on the OurCompany tab of theAssociate Portal.

SERVICE AWARDSADP recognizes its regular full time and part time associates fortheir milestone anniversaries (5, 10, etc.) by mailing apersonalized gift package to their home. The package includes acommemorative booklet as well as a link to a website where theycan select from a variety of merchandise options.

TUITION REIMBURSEMENTRegular full-time associates working at least 32 hours per weekare eligible for reimbursement of tuition costs up to $5,250 basedon years of service.

NATIONAL DISCOUNT PROGRAMSAll associates can take advantage of a wide variety of discountedproducts and services including hundreds of retail vendors, computerand vehicle manufacturer discounts, as well as travel discounts.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTERSThe ADP Health and Wellness Centers offer a wide variety ofservices including physicals, acute medical care, travelconsultations, immunizations, and wellness visits. These fullyequipped medical offices are staffed by physicians and nursepractitioners who are onsite daily. The services at the (8) Healthand Wellness Centers are free of charge and are available to allADP associates.

ANNUAL FLU IMMUNIZATION PROGRAMADP offers free flu shots to all U.S. associates. Theseimmunizations are conveniently given in various locations,including the (8) ADP Health and Wellness Centers, other largerADP locations, and at pharmacies in the community.

Corporate Social ResponsibilitymyGIVING PROGRAM Part of ADP’s commitment to Social Responsibility and associateengagement is to encourage and support your ability tocontribute to and participate in worthy causes that are importantto you.

Through ADP’s myGiving Program, you can donate up to $5,000per calendar year to qualified charities of your choice and if youchoose a match eligible charity the ADP Foundation will matchyour donation 100%. This program features thousands ofnational and local charity organizations. For your convenience,contributions to your favorite charities can be made anytimeduring the year via payroll deduction or PayPal/Credit Card. Anadditional benefit of the myGiving Program is the ability forassociates to identify and track volunteer opportunities withintheir community. With prior management approval, associateswho donate their time and contribute to the well-being of theircommunities during work hours are eligible to receive up to eighthours of paid time off annually.
