TEXT BELOW Jason Giedl (Manager): Jesse has really stepped up as a leader through the SAP system implementation and was prepared as well as he could have been for the phase II go live. When issues with STO’s began to arise day 1 of SAP, he stepped up and dropped everything to go to Strongsville which was greatly appreciated. He became a go-to guy for all member of the deployment team for help and advice through the early days of the implementation. Jesse’s ext steps are to start to think “outside of the box” which was discussed in his mid-year PLP, in order to really take the analyst position as well as the deployment group to the next level on SAP. He’s also been tasked with taking a classroom training session to develop his skills to prepare him for his future career development.

Jeromy Brass (Manager):

Great job overall in 2015! Jesse has shown that he can handle and overcome most obstacles in his way. This was surely the

case with the SAP transition that the business went through in July. In a high stress, high visibility position Jesse rose to the

top and worked through the issues to ensure our customers where serviced as best as possible. He continued to do so

throughout the remainder of the year, setting up meetings and training sessions to reduce the amount of open STO's at the

DC level. Jesse has shown that he is indeed a team player and a valued asset to PPG. Keep up the good work.
