• Acceptance is subject to physical capability with mechanicalinserting equipment. The minimum size is 7” X 7” for foldedpieces; 5” x 7” for single card inserts; maximum is 12.50” x11.25”. Minimum 70 lb. bond stock for card inserts. Insertsprinted on glossy stock may require an additional quantity. TheChester County Press is not responsible for inserting problemsif a sample was not submitted in advance for acceptance.
• Samples should be submitted two weeks prior to distributiondate. Four-page tab or two-page standard inserts should bequarter-folded.
• The Publisher reserves the right to reschedule any insert if amechanical problem arises.
• Inserts should be in boxes only – no skids will be accepted.
• Delivery of preprinted material to the newspaper is at theexpense of the advertiser and should be scheduled for arrivalseven days in advance of publication date.
