Resort Accommodations

Cancellation PolicyIf the cancellation is received prior to February 17th, your accom-modations and seminar registration will be refunded. Cancellations received after February 17th, will forfeit the full room revenue and seminar registration fee for the complete date of the reservation. This includes changes in your arrival and departure dates as well as the type of room. Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to gmatthews@floridajusticeassociation.org. The cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

The FJA has set aside a block of rooms based upon availability at the Grand Summit and the Silverado Lodge.

The group rates are listed on the next page. These rates do not include the 12.08% tax or resort fee ($25/night at the Grand Summit and $15/night at the Silverado) or the 6% administrative fee. The total price per night can be found on the registration page in this packet.

Grand Summit Hotel Room:Hotel Guestrooms are two Queen-size beds and one full bathroom. Accommodates up to 4 people and is approximately 350 square feet.

Silverado Lodge Hotel Room:Hotel King guestrooms feature 1 king size bed, 1 fullbathroom and 1 fireplace. Accommodates up to 2 people and is approximately 350 square feet.

Silverado Lodge One Bedroom:One bedroom king guestrooms feature a full Kitch-en, Living area and Dining area. 1 king size bed or 1 queen sized bed, 1 sofa sleeper, 1 full bathroom and 1 fireplace.Accommodates up to 3-4 people and is approxi-mately 800 square feet.

Silverado Lodge Two Bedroom:Two bedroom king guestrooms feature a full kitch-en, 2 king size beds or a king and a queen, 1 sofa sleeper, 3 full bathrooms with a jetted tub and 2 fireplaces. Accommodates up to 5-6 people and is approximately 1,200-1,400 square feet.

Silverado Lodge Three Bedroom:Three bedroom king/king guestrooms feature a full Kitchen, 3 king size beds, 1 sofa sleeper, 4 full bathrooms with a jetted tub and 3 fireplaces. Accommodates up to 7-8 people and is approxi-mately 1,800 square feet.

Discounts Offered By The CanyonsFJA Attendees will receive a 15% discount on group ski and snowboard rental packages at CanyonMountain Sports and lessons from Canyons Ski School. Complimentary Ski Storage is available at

both resorts. Attendees also receive discounted spa services (3 choices) at the Grand Summit spa.And, of course, the FJA will receive group ski lift tickets at discounted prices.

The following rooms at the Grand Summit Lodge are not be-ing held but can be researched at the following group room rates to see if availability exists during the Ski CLE Seminar.

Resort Fees:The Grand Summit Resort Fee is $25 each night and The Silverado Lodge Resort Fee is $15 each night. Both include: unlimited valet parking, ski valet and ski storage, bell serviceand luggage storage, bike storage, pool, hot tubs, use of fit-ness center, in resort on demand transportation, in-town scheduled transportation, resort Wi-Fi Internet, daily newspa-pers, and inroom tea/coffee.

A deposit of 50% of the registration fee and 50% of the ac-commodations revenue is due upon registration. The full bal-ance is due by February 17th. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited, so please reg-ister early. A two night minimum stay is required.
