1. Fees are payable in advance. Attendance is limited and will be reserved on afirst come, first served basis. On-site registration will be limited by space available basis.
2. Refunds:a. If a course is canceled, money charged will be refunded.b. If a participant cancels prior to 10 working days before the course a full refund will be issued.c. If a participant cancels 6 to 9 working days prior to the course, there will be a $50.00 administration fee.d. No refund will be given for cancellations within 5 working days of the course.
