Open HouseThe Open House was a huge success! It was great to have so many students come with their families and 

friends to visit our facility and to meet the faculty and 

staff. Thank you to everyone who took time out of their 

busy lives to come and support the Santa Ana College 

Nursing Program.

A big THANK YOU to our clinical groups for the 

fantastic baskets donated for the Silent Auction! 

SACSNA made about $1250! These funds will be used to sponsor our nursing students’ participation in 

NSNA/CNSA conventions, and for food at our SACSNA 

meetings.

We appreciate your involvement and continuous 

support of SACSNA and the Santa Ana College School 

of Nursing.

Pennies for PinningCongratulations  to  our  First Semester  class  for  being  the winner  of  this  semester’s  Pennies  for  Pinning  Contest! They win bragging rights and will keep all of their earnings to be used for their pinning ceremony!

Here are the results:

First Semester: $245.62

Second Semester: $214.51

Third Semester: $23.74

Fourth Semester: $.81 (No, that’s not a typo.)

Half of the monies collected from the losing classes, a total of $119.53, will be donated to SACSNA!

The SACSNA holiday food Drive will take place from November 16, 2015 ­ December 10, 2015. Donations will be given to Second Harvest Food Bank. Please drop off donations in the Food drive boxes located in the skills lab.
