Frequently Asked Questions Filling out the 2015 CPRT What are the red columns in the 2015 CPRT? Should the red “units sold in
2014” and “UPC 2014” columns be automatically filled in by my zip file? These columns are for companies that still need to complete corrections to the
2014 data.
I am unsure about the “change” column on tab T215. What do I enter in this column and when? Unchanged - no change from 2014, except for a UPC code change Minor - product category change and/or label change in 2015 Major - change between 2014 and 2015 ingredients, label remained the same New - product not sold in 2014 but sold in 2015, reported on tab T215 Discontinued - product no longer sold in California in 2015
