Please encourage your friends and family to visit the Scholarship Foundation tent on Friday and Saturday, June 19 and 20 and bid on items of interest. Bids will be taken from 9am to 4pm both days.

UPS will be available on the fairgrounds for shipping larger items.

The Silent Auction tent is located on Randall Avenue, west of Underwood next to the MSRA Merchandise tent.

The purpose of the MSRA Scholarship Foundation is to promote the secondary education of MSRA

members and their children. The MSRA Scholarship Foundation is a non-profit corporation formed under Chapter 501c3 of the IRS tax code and all donations are tax deductible. The Scholarship Foundation program is available to current members of MSRA and children of current MSRA members. There is no age limit for scholarship applicants, however, those individuals age 21 or older at the time of the application deadline (August 1) must have their own MSRA membership. The scholarships are funded by MSRA and various fundraising events held throughout the year by the Foundation.

WANTED!!Donations

We are looking for donations for 2015 MSRA Scholarship Foundation Silent Auction. Items need not be new but must be in clean usable condition.

Some items that we are looking for include a variety memorabilia, collectibles, home decor, artwork, yard art, purses, books and yes, even car stuff!

Guys, do you have any duplicate or extra tools? They can be wood-crafting tools, automotive tools, welding equipment, instruction manuals, car/truck parts, gauges (ie, speedometers, pressure, etc),

Are you a crafter? How about donating some of your handmade items, such as quilts, baby blankets, slippers, mittens, hats, floral arrangements, plaques, jewelry, etc.

Please bring silent auction items to any MSRA membership meeting OR contact me, Marge Olson, at 651-459-1607 if you need items to be picked up at your home. Items

can also be brought to the silent auction tent on Friday, June 19 at Back to the 50’s.

All donations are tax deductible and a receipt will be provided at the time of donation.
