Dear Colleague, I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to join me this fall for District II’s Annual District Meeting (ADM). This is my first ADM as Chair of District II and I am truly looking forward to three days of educational programming,

networking, and social events at the Grand Hyatt in the heart of Manhattan.

District II’s dynamic conference will provide you with a foundation of knowledge, techniques, and best practices to help you succeed in the ever changing field of obstetrics and gynecology. I am grateful to the District II Annual Meeting Program Committee for developing an outstanding program featuring critically acclaimed faculty from across the country. Our Scientific Program Co-Chairs, Vanessa Barnabei, MD, PhD, FACOG and Lynn Simpson, MD, FACOG, are to be commended for their academic guidance and leadership. For 2015, we are pleased to have Dr. Ken Noller from ABOG join us for another year to lead an invigorating panel discussion and put our brains to the test in a dynamic maintenance of knowledge learning session. Additionally, we are excited to bring you lectures on topics for a wide array of obstetrical and gynecological issues from surgery in the morbidly obese patient to prenatal genetics and emerging technologies for evaluating the fetus.

While the ADM will allow us to broaden our minds, it will also provide a unique opportunity to connect with colleagues who share our passion for this specialty. Additionally, I encourage you to take advantage of your time in the Big Apple - see a Broadway show, indulge in fine dining, explore a museum, or venture to go on a shopping spree. Whatever your ADM experience holds it is bound to be worth your while.

I look forward to seeing you in October!

Sincerely,

NICHOLAS KULBIDA, MD, FACOGChair, ACOG District II
