Agiledi Process for Sales Reporting
Sales ReportingAg Retail Council is nearing release of a new flat file standard for reporting sales in Seed and Crop Protection
Benefits of this new standard: Allows Ag Retailers to use one format for all trading
partners within seed and crop protection
Allows for one unique identifier rather than many proprietary codes (AGIIS: GTIN. GLN)
Allows a lower cost of entry for Ag Retailers unable to setup a PMR XML system using that standard
Ag Retail Sales Reporting
Agiledi Process: Synch entities and products with AGIIS
Query required data from retailer’s system
Format the data as the standard requires
Push data to their trading partners

Testimonial
"We have been using Crystal Certified’s Agiledi Process for over 7 years to report to the animal health manufacturers for rebating purposes. It has streamlined our reporting, saves us many labor hours every week, and maximizes our rebates.
The team at Crystal Certified is really knowledgeable and they have been really easy to work with.”

State Fertilizer Tonnage Reporting
Just got easer

The Problem is that:
IT and eBusiness have advanced so much over the last 30 years and
Paperless Fertilizer Tonnage Reporting (PFTR) has not!
The thing is we still have so many different ways that data needs to go to the states
when all most states want is the money and UFTRS.
Most companies don’t have an issue with getting both of those to the states.
It just takes so much time to report to each state.
Some are monthly reports, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual.
I do 330 reports annually to 48 states.
