Our Gold partners typically work with us on market development activities and have a commercial agreement with one of our Distribution partners to purchase NETSCOUT solutions.

Your NETSCOUT Channel Manager will work with you to determine how we can best work together. The business plan and agreed targets are formalized upon contract agreement and in planning for our growth, all CONNECT360 Program tiers require a joint business plan to be developed and approved with your Channel Manager before the start of our fi scal year.

CONNECT360 allows you the fl exibility to move tiers in line with your business needs. Our Channel Managers can discuss any changes that you wish to make in your business and how this will impact your tier.

CONNECT360 is structured to align investment with reward. Your Channel Manager will work with you to determine what tier is right for our joint business.

All CONNECT360 partners review their business with our Channel Managers regularly ensuring that we are both meeting our mutual business goals and targets. This will be a mix of informal discussions as we work together and more formal quarterly reviews of our agreed Business Plan.

Dedicated Channel Account ManagerEach of our channel partners is assigned a dedicated Channel Account Manager or ‘CAM’. The CAM’s role is to guide and support the partner’s journey to becoming a successful member of CONNECT360. The CAM is the primary point of access into the wealth of resources NETSCOUT has available to support its channel partners.

Deal Registration SchemeIn today’s competitive environments, confl ict is inevitable. Within CONNECT360, NETSCOUT operates a Deal Registration Scheme that ensures that when you win an opportunity within a customer account, your time and investment in winning the deal is protected.

Demo ProgramCONNECT360 Partners are expected to purchase equipment to provide product demonstrations to meet customer requirements. Demonstration units are off ered to NETSCOUT Partners at a highly discounted rate and are not for resale. The Demo Program is described in detail in the CONNECT360 QuickStart Guide.

Market Event FundingTo assist our Enterprise Partners to establish market awareness and customer interest, CONNECT360 includes access to Market Event Funding (based on an agreed business plan). Funds are requested via the Channel Partner Portal as described in your QuickStart Guide. Examples of cooperative marketing activities include (but are not restricted to):

• advertising and email marketing campaigns,• tradeshow and seminar support,• Joint public relations or advertising.
