The South Fraser TNT and the Kamloops Vibe split a Week 5 doubleheader in Kamloops, taking turns handing their opponents a ! rst loss on the season.
The Vibe blanked the TNT 3-0 Saturday, with South Fraser getting a 3-1 win Sunday morning.
Vibe netminder Alana Parker made 13 saves for her fourth shutout of the season Saturday, with Sarah Kurzac, Melinda Smith and Kathleen McDonald scor-ing the goals.
Michelle Mony, Carlyn Shimizu and Haleigh Callison tallied in TNT’s win Sunday. Emily Edmundson had the lone Kamloops goal.
The Meadow Ridge Moose remained two points back of the TNT in the standings with a 6-2 victory over the Victoria Phantoms Saturday night in Pitt Meadows.
Emily Jude with two goals and a pair of assists, and Madeline Cockrill with four helpers, each had four-point nights for the Moose. Dayna Briggs stayed top the league scoring race, adding two goals and an assist to her total.
Sara Boehringer and Sierra Rai also scored for Mead-ow Ridge.
Katie Little and Hayley Voytechek each had a goal and one assist for Victoria.
Earlier in the day, the Phantoms topped the TWU Titans in Langley. Teal Delaney-Hird put the Titans up 1-0 after two periods, before Victoria responded with two goals from Alexandra Villarin and an empty net goal from Pam Lou-Poy.
The Phantoms completed their road trip to the main-land with a 1-0 loss to the Fraser Valley Jets Sunday afternoon in North Delta.
Kelsey Firkus tallied the goal for the Jets, with Kas-sandra Johnston making 39 saves for the shutout.
The BC Thunder upset the Richmond Devils 4-3 Saturday night in Richmond, getting two goals and an assist from Elaine Tung. Emily Bajkov and Meegan Smith also scored for the Thunder. Stefanie Costales with two goals, and Meegan Smith with one account-ed for the Devils scoring.
Offence: Emily Jude (Meadow Ridge Moose)Jude scored four points in a game for the third time
this season, collecting two goals and a pair of assists in a 6-2 victory over the visiting Victoria Phantoms.
She has climbed to second place in league scoring with six goals and nine assists in nine games played.
Defence: Elaine Tung (BC Thunder)Tung played a solid two-way game for the Thunder in
their win over the Richmond Thunder, playing well in both the offensive and defensive zones. She also scored twice and assisted on one other in the 4-3 victory.
