2014 Summer Programs It’s Time to Sign up for the Teen Summer Reading Club 2014 TEEN SUMMER READING THEME The Summer Reading Club runs from Thursday, June 26 through Friday, August 22. It’s a fun way to reward yourself for connuing to read over the summer. Parcipang is simple. Read any book you want and keep track of the tles on the reading log we give you when you sign up. Each week visit the library with your log and claim your free weekly giſt. You must be a Franklin Lakes resident entering grades 6-12 to register. Win a Pair of AMC GOLD Movie Passes! When you register for the Summer Reading Club at the Kick-Off Party, your name will be automacally entered into a drawing to WIN a pair of AMC Movie Passes! Extra Credit: Write a book review for every book you read, then enter it on the Franklin Lakes Summer Teen Reading Program tab at the franklinlakeslibrary website. Your review must contain the tle, author at least one paragraph about the story & whether you recommend it or not (your name will not be published). Each me you submit an on-line book review, your name will be entered into a drawing to win a giſt card! It’s Time to Sign up for the Teen Summer Reading Club

2014 TEEN SUMMER READING THEME

The Summer Reading Club runs from Thursday, June 26 through Friday, August 22.

It’s a fun way to reward yourself for continuing to read over the summer. Participating is simple. Read any book you want and

keep track of the titles on the reading log we give you when you sign up. Each week visit the library with your log and claim

your free weekly gift. You must be a Franklin Lakes resident entering grades 6-12 to register.

When you register for the Summer Reading Club at the Kick-Off Party, your

You will learn how to use Basic-X software language to program mobile robots. Push your opponent out of the ring and win this

friendly, competitive challenge.

It’s time to play TEEN Jeopardy! Test your knowledge of teen trivia.

Categories will include pop signers, music, teen fiction and celebrities. Your answer

must be in the form of a question. Win great prizes!

Please submit questions/answers to be used in the game. Visit the Teen Room & fill out the Jeopardy question form

Reader’s Theater is a great way to express yourself-it magically

transforms the library into a stage! Use your voice and facial expressions to convey emotion and breathe life

into the script. No costumes, make-up or props, you do not have to

memorize the script!
