Q. When will the 2014 season draw be available?A. The NRL has indicated that the 2014 draw will be released in late 2013.Q. Is there a renewal deadline if I’m a 2013 member?A. To keep your 2013 seats (Platinum Star & Gold Star), please return your completed renewal form/s by 31 October 2013.Q. How do I stay up to date with all the important membership information and news?A. If I have multiple memberships with the same contact details, do I have to fill in a separate renewal/application form for each?A. No, but we cannot guarantee the same seat for each game if all games are not advised at the same time or by the commencement of the season.Q. How do I get a season car park?A. When their renewal deadline has passed, we will advise other season members (Platinum, Gold & Stockyard) that parks are on sale. I’m not purchasing a season car park – what are my options for getting to the game?A. Q. When will I know what seats I’ve been allocated?A. Membership renewals close on 31 October 2013 and these are processed first to allow us to determine available seats for new members. We will then contact you to confirm your seat (general admission members will have seats allocated automatically).Q. When will I receive my membership card?A. Your plastic barcoded ticket for the 2014 season, or your membership card (depending on your membership type) will be sent to you with your pack items. Q. What membership types can I pay via direct debit (Ride-On Rollover instalment plan) and how many payments are involved?A. Platinum Star, Gold Star and Stockyard Saver members can pay for their memberships using direct debit (Ride-On Rollover plan). You will be debited one initial payment when you first sign up, with a further nine(9)deductionsmade,commencing15November2013.Additional members-only merchandise purchases cannot be included in your instalment payments – these must be paid for separately, with your renewal/application or through the Cowboys Team Shop (online only).Q. Can I change the date my instalment payment is deducted?A. The instalment schedule is set and is unable to be altered.Q. What memberships can I pay for via BPAY?A. All memberships can be paid using BPAY, however packs/tickets will only be sent upon receipt of full amount. Minimum transaction amountpertransferis$30.Q. If you are a season member, you will need to have paid your membership in full by 31 January 2014 in order to receive your tickets in time for the first game in 2014.Q. How will I find out the biller code and my BPAY reference number for making BPAY payments?A. If you are a renewing member, your BPAY reference is on your renewal form. If you are a new member, we will notify you of your unique BPAY details. Note: Unless you have a family membership, all membership payments must be paid against their own individual reference number.Q. If I am a season member and I want paper tickets or I want a reprint of my card will I have to pay extra?A. Thereisaprintingfeeof$15perreplacementmembershipcard or per print run of season tickets. Plastic cards will be issued unless otherwise requested and paid for at the time of submission of application/renewal.Q. If I am requiring a student or other pension concession do I have to provide proof?A. Yes. Renewing members must provide a copy of the applicable card each year for the discount to apply and new members must provide this upon application. Proof may also be requested upon entry to the stadium if not provided, full membership pricing may apply.Q. Do prices include GST?A. Yes, all membership and merchandise prices quoted include GST.Q. Are there any conditions applicable for the “Seat Sell-Back” option for Platinum Star members?A. Yes.Youcanonlysellbackamaximumof4games,Mondaynight gamesareexcluded,andaminimumnoticeperiodof3weekspriorto the game day will apply.

To guarantee your reserved seat for all three games of a Silver Star membership, all game selections must be advised at the same time, prior to round 1. Silver Star seating allocation is not carried over year to year.11. By purchasing a Cowboys membership that includes tickets to Cowboys home games, you agree to adhere to the Members & Fans Code of Conduct (refer to www.cowboys.com.au).12. The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys accept government-issued companion cards for Platinum Star, Gold Star and Silver Star memberships. If you hold a

These offers may however have special terms and conditions, such as no guarantee of retention of season seats if the event is held at the same venue, the method of purchase and the number of tickets available for each membership. All such terms and conditions are determined by the promoters and the Cowboys cannot make any guarantee on behalf of the promoter in relation to these.
