MESSAGE FROM RICK AND DENISE RENNER

We want to thank you for taking a few minutes to look through the following pages of this report, which are intended to give you a snapshot of the various ways our ministry is taking the message of Jesus Christ and the teaching of the Bible to people in places throughout the world — especially to the precious souls in the former USSR, where our main ministry occurs. In the 29 years that have passed since Rick Renner Ministries was founded in 1985, we — along with our sons and their families — have lived purposefully to fulfill the mission God has given us.

We acknowledge that it is God who enables us to do His work — but we are also very aware that He provides the resources to do it through the faithful partners who support this ministry. That’s why we want to provide you with this update. And we want to be clear that we’re not only thankful for our partners’ financial support, but we are also so very grateful for their faithful prayer support that they put behind our ministry.

In previous years, we have used a lot of words to tell our story, but this year we’ve chosen to let our youngest son Joel tell you about our ministry in Russia — and to speak through less text and more photos about what the Lord has allowed us to accomplish over the past year. We believe you’ll enjoy what you read and see. As we ourselves looked through this report about our ministry’s activities over the years and just in the past 12 months, we had to pause and simply thank the Lord for His empowering presence that made it all possible.

Enjoy the report!

We acknowledge that it is God who enables us to do His work — but we are also very aware that He provides the resources to do it through the faithful partners who support this ministry.”

MESSAGE FROM JOEL RENNERInternational Director Rick Renner Ministries, Moscow and Tulsa

In 1991 — at the very moment the Soviet Union was collapsing — God led my parents to relocate our family to the USSR. Dad and Mom moved Paul, Philip, and me right into the middle of what was one of the biggest changes in history to

become a part of the expanding work of the Gospel in this part of the world. For 23 years, our whole family has lived in the former Soviet Union, and it has been a won-derful experience, although it has been trying at times. I have seen so many people touched by God and healed — and I have heard wonderful preaching all my life, not only from Dad, but also from anointed guest ministers who’ve visited our ministry in Moscow. Moscow is our base of operations to this vast region, and Tulsa, Oklahoma, is the base for our ministry in the United States.

Today I am involved at RENNER Ministries in helping reach our goal to spread the Word of God to people through our TV ministry. We are all about producing TV programs, filming online Home Group meetings, holding partner meetings, and providing a high level of partner support. We enjoy helping people by providing them with sound Bible teaching, believing with them in prayer, and sharing our teaching materials. I am thankful to God to be involved in this work! While much of this report is focused on our work in

Moscow, the fact is that our ministry touches the entire former Soviet Union. Because of TV programs that we broadcast via satellite and terrestrial TV stations, our ministry reaches people in the following coun-tries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan. Of course, my father’s teaching ministry, books, and other teach-ing materials also reach vast numbers of people in the United States, Europe, and, literally, all around the world.

Here’s something big that’s happening now in Moscow:

In the past year, we have been primarily focused on Moscow due to the enormous building project that has been going on at the Moscow Good News Church. Therefore, the bulk of this year’s annual report will high-light the ministry that occurs as a result of the work of our teams here in Moscow as well as in Tulsa.

In the following paragraphs, you can read more about the Renner family. Then I’ll provide you with a brief overview of the various aspects of our Russian ministry. In the pages that follow, I’ll elaborate on several of these outreaches.

Thank you for allowing me to show you RENNER Ministries in Moscow! I’ve asked my Aunt Lori to share details about our U.S. office in Tulsa later in the report.

Having developed a prolific itinerant teaching ministry in the United States in the 1980s, husband-and-wife team Rick and Denise Renner obeyed God’s lead-ing and moved with their three sons from America to Latvia in 1992. There they established the Riga Good News Church and, over the next several years, built a beautiful new facility to house their church family.

In 2000 Rick and Denise were directed to relocate their family to Moscow, where they established the Moscow Good News Church and began to pursue a God-given vision to make a difference in the lives of the people in that city. The Moscow Good News Church has grown to become one of the largest Protestant churches in Russia.

In 2007, the Renners also founded the Kiev Good News Church, located in Kiev, Ukraine, as the next step in their ongoing vision to reach the former Soviet Union with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Rick and Denise have been familiar faces on television all over the former USSR for more than two decades. Their reach has expanded exponentially through modern satellite and Internet technology and capabilities. Together with their ministry teams in Moscow and Tulsa, the Renners continue their tireless work of bringing the hope of the Gospel to people in the former Soviet Union and beyond.

Paul Renner is married to Polina, and they have four children (William, Anastasia, Cohen, and Abigail). Paul is the senior associate pastor of the Moscow Good News Church and is specifically charged with the oversight of many aspects of this ever-growing church ministry. He also leads IMPART, a web-based ministry that provides teaching and guidance to pastors and leaders. In the past year, he has been very involved in providing leadership for the reconstruction of the new church building in Moscow.

Philip is married to Ella, and they have one daughter Emilia. Philip served for years as the youth pastor of the Moscow Good News Church, but launched out into his own traveling ministry in the early part of 2014. In the brief time that Philip has been traveling full-time, his ministry has literally “taken off,” and he has traveled to the farthest ends of the former USSR.

Joel is married to Olya, and they have two sons (Daniel and Mark). Joel serves as International Director of RENNER Ministries and works alongside his father and mother to assist them in many aspects of their ministry, including overseeing the Moscow and Tulsa offices.

In 2000, God led my parents to start the Moscow Good News Church. Since that time, it has grown to become one of the largest churches in Russia. After many years of looking for a facility for a permanent church home, a building was purchased in 2012 and reconstruction began. The photos that follow show the progress made since this facility was purchased. With great joy and gratitude, we report that the building was officially dedicated on December 7, 2014!

We completed phase one of the reconstruction so we could take occupancy and begin saving immediately on the rent we were paying at the old facility. We still have more to do, but we’ve already begun holding services in the new build-ing. After many years of waiting, the congrega-tion of MGNC finally has a permanent facility in Russia’s capital city.

Reaching Youth

The Moscow Good News Church also has an ever-growing ministry to youth. Each week, hundreds of youth participate in church ser-vices and activities. While many of these youth have grown up in the church, a large percentage are from unsaved families. Those youth are also a first generation of Christians — and MGNC is their first church home.

Loving Children

Any church that has a strong outreach to families must also have a strong ministry to children. The Moscow Good News Church has a large and flourishing children’s ministry. Most of these children come to church with their newly saved parents or with recently saved relatives or friends. What a privilege and honor it is to nurture God’s “littlest ones” in the knowledge and admonition of the Lord!

Building Community

Church involvement has become pivotal for most people who attend the Moscow Good News Church. Whether it’s through adult worship, youth ministry, Sunday school, or participation in our thriving home-group ministry, those who have come to Christ are becoming a faith-filled community at MGNC that love Jesus Christ and are learning to serve each other.

Teaching Adults, Impacting Families

Each week, several thousand adults attend the Moscow Good News Church. We are seeing them transformed by the teaching of God’s Word and the power of the Holy Spirit. People come to Christ every Sunday in our services, and approximately 80 per-cent (about 2,700) of the adults that get saved in our church are first-generation Christians! My wife Olya and my two sisters-in-law were saved at MGNC and are first-generation believers. And all of them are already making a difference for the Kingdom of God!

RUSSIA AND RELIGIONWhile Orthodox Christianity is mak-ing a marked comeback since the days of state-sponsored atheism, Protestant Christians remain a small minority in a country that spans 9 times zones and is home to 146 million people (18 million in Moscow alone).

Consider these recent statistics:

In this massive city, there are approximately 100,000 people who “claim” to be a Protestant Christian. However, on any given week of the year, the real number of those who actually attend a Protestant church is about

12

Page 13: 2014 Annual Report

45,000 — which is miniscule compared to the millions of people who live in Moscow.

Part of our ministry to untold multitudes in the former USSR occurs as a result of our outreach to pastors all over the Russian-speaking world. In the past, my father and his teams could hold only two or three ministers’ conferences a year because of the vast distances they had to travel — but technology is enabling them to connect with greater numbers of pastors more often. Through webinars and conference calls, we’re able to meet with groups of all sizes, providing ongoing training and mentoring to those who are on the frontlines in ministry. These strengthened pastors are in turn impacting the lives of untold numbers that they minister to. The impact the IMPART Pastors Fellowship is having on the former Soviet Union is immea-surable and far-reaching!

IMPART PASTORS FELLOWSHIP

Page 15: 2014 Annual Report

Part of the mission of RENNER Ministries is to come alongside pastors and ministers and take them to a higher level of excellence and professionalism in the ministry. Therefore, since 1991 when the walls of communism first col-lapsed, this ministry has been working diligently to train and equip pastors, church leaders, and ministers in the former USSR, helping them attain the necessary skills and knowledge to fulfill the ministries God has called them to.

For this reason, my parents founded the Good News Training Center in 2002, a school that operates as a part of the Moscow Good News Church. It special-izes in training leaders to start new churches all over the former USSR and the nation of Israel — and has graduated 610 students to date.

My mother, Denise Renner, has passionately given herself to the develop-ment of Christian women — and her ministry in the Moscow Good News Church regularly touches women of all ages and walks of life who are single, married, divorced, and widowed. In the past 12 months, my mom has conducted 5 marriage seminars to help women grow to become the godly wives God has called them to be. This ministry has strengthened families and has literally saved marriages! And her seminars became the basis for her soon-to-be-released book in both English and Russian entitled, Who Stole Cinderella? The Art of ‘Happy Ever After’.

WOMEN’S MINISTRY

16

Page 17: 2014 Annual Report

One of the strong themes of our ministry has always been “teaching, strengthening, and rescuing.” Our social outreaches include our rescuing ministries to drug-and-alcohol hospitals, prisons, and orphanages. On a weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis, we have teams visiting society’s most unwanted and forgotten citizens. Not only do we bring them the love of God as we minister the Word, but we also show His deep love and care with practical demonstrations of gifts, such as Bibles, edible treats, toys, notebooks, and hygiene products. In certain cases, we also help provide food, clothing, and medical treatment.

SOCIAL OUTREACHES/RESCUING MINISTRIES

Drug addiction and alcoholism are common in Russia, and this results in abuse and neglect in people’s lives, often including the children under the addict’s care. That’s why we visit orphanages and drug-and-alcohol rehabilitation centers — to share the message of hope and freedom in Christ. We also carry God’s love behind prison walls to demonstrate the love of God for all people.

17

Page 18: 2014 Annual Report

In May 2005, from my parents’ apartment window near Red Square, my father watched a “Worker’s Day” parade, which is an event that com-memorates the contributions of the elderly in Russian society from their productive working years. Intrigued by the thousands of elderly march-ers, Dad felt compelled to join the parade, and he actually filed in and marched with the participants. As he walked among these people, the Holy Spirit put such a love in his heart for them and dropped in his spirit a detailed plan for how to reach them with the Gospel!

Most of these senior citizens were communists from another era, who had been schooled in atheism and were in desperate need of salvation now that they were in their “golden,” sunset years. Because so many have come to Christ in the last season of their lives through this outreach,

Thank you to those who donate to this ministry. May God reward you a hundredfold.”

GOLDEN AGE/VITAMIN CLUB

we have affectionately nicknamed Golden Age a “last-chance ministry.”

The Lord gave Dad the idea to host major concerts, inviting famous actors, singers, and musicians from their heyday to perform for them. The concerts would be held at no charge to the elderly audience. After the concerts, in exchange for their contact information, the ministry would give each attendee a small bag of groceries and vitamins.

We received about 20,000 addresses from those first concerts. We used the information to invite those attendees to our weekly meetings, called “mini-concerts.” There they heard the wonderful singing they were so fond of, but we also gave them the message of the Gospel and invited them to receive Christ.

18

Page 19: 2014 Annual Report

Since that time, the Golden Age ministry has reached THOUSANDS of senior citizens in Moscow with at least 5,000 salva-tions since the outset of this inspired outreach. In the last 12 months, approximately 20,000 senior citizens have attended our concerts. At the present time, about 4,000 people are actively engaged in this outreach of RENNER Ministries. Many testify that this is a second home to them, a place where they can come and feel very honored and loved.

GOLDEN AGE TESTIMONIES

I started attending Golden Age, and I serve in the usher ministry. Now I feel that it’s not only my family who needs me, but other people as well. I began to learn more about God here. My mood is much better now. Thank God for Golden Age, and I have reverence for all the kind and generous people who donate their finances for this ministry. Because of them, we have the opportunity to gather and grow in the Lord and

come closer to Him. I love you and pray for you.

Revenko Valentina Trofimovna, born 1947

I have been a part of Golden Age since 2012. I love the concerts and services where we are taught the Word of God. I fell and broke my arm. The broken bone didn’t knit well. I had a severe swelling, and I could not use my hand. Pastor Maxim called me and came to the scene to pray for my healing. Praise the Lord, I can now work with my hand and care for myself. I am grateful to the Golden Age ministry. When I come here, my heart always warms. I love all of you. Thank you!

Dronova Tamara Ivanovna, born 1923

Dear ministers, thank you all for your attention, kindness, care, and love for all of us, the parishioners! We receive help here, support and comfort. We listen to the Word of God in silence and in the grace of God. We come here with joy every time. We always get attention, treats, gifts, letters, schedules, reminders, and greetings. I bow low to you all. This is a living church of God.

Telenchak Valentina Alexandrovna, pensioner

I love the atmosphere that prevails during the services when our choir sings songs of worship and when the Word of God is preached. We are treated as important people and it’s very nice. I began to understand the Word of God better. I learned to forgive all my enemies and stopped judging people. Thank you to those who donate to this ministry. May God reward you a hundredfold.

The House of Mercy (HOM) is an outreach to help the homeless and street kids in the city of Moscow. HOM does this in many different ways. Approximately 700 homeless people are fed every week by this ministry. House of Mercy also operates a shelter for the homeless and conducts in-school ministry as well as ministry to the institutionalized. Specifically, HOM ministers in these places by holding Bible studies and by performing plays that illustrate God’s love. The best part about that is, many who perform in these plays are young people who have been ministered to by this rescu-ing outreach!

HOUSE OF MERCY

House of Mercy also takes in young people who have been orphaned or abandoned and gives them a home. HOM puts them through school, establishes them in church, and teaches them about Jesus Christ. Since its inception in 2002, hundreds of young people have come through the doors of House of Mercy educated, re-socialized, and filled with God’s Spirit so they could enter society as productive adults, free from the deep wounds of the past. House of Mercy is one of the most gratifying outreaches supported by RENNER Ministries.

HOUSE OF MERCY TESTIMONIES

We adopted a very difficult teen, Sasha, who was 15 years old and already had three criminal convic-tions on his record when he came to us. But we strongly believed he would succeed. His life had been very hard. He was found in the trash when he was 4 years old. Then a wealthy woman adopted him, but was not involved in his upbringing, and soon Sasha fell into bad company. He began to steal and became a drug addict. His adoptive mother put him in a psychiatric hospital three times and then abandoned him. Sasha was very withdrawn when we met him; he didn’t speak nor laugh. But gradually he “came to life” under our care. To God be the glory! Sasha began going to a regular school and even gradu-ated despite serious learning prob-lems. We worked hard so he could get his diploma. His graduation party was a big event for our family. God is continuing to work miracles in this young man’s life.

One boy from a psychiatric hospital approached us after the service and said, “You were sent to us by the Lord. I remember all your lessons and songs, and after I pray, I feel good.”

A 16-year-old girl, Dasha, was

referred to us for help. She had

recently given birth to a daughter,

and her mother kicked them both

out of the house. She told her

daughter, “You may only come back

without your child.” We obtained

all the documents necessary to get

her into a center for young mothers

with children. Today Dasha is a good

mom and loves her child.

One man, a former addict, received Jesus Christ into his heart in a service for the homeless. He started visiting the church and then he got a job. He has worked in a service station for several months already. He is a diligent worker and a good citizen.

Fifteen people repented in the night shelter in Marfino, where we have obtained permission to minister, and some of them have started visiting our church. During another month, more than 10 people accepted Jesus as Lord in a night shelter. We

distributed a lot of warm clothes, collected by the Moscow Good News Church and also brought them glasses, canes, crutches, medicines, and Christian literature. We shared about healing and deliverance, and we also taught the residents to pray, praise, and study the Bible.

21

Page 22: 2014 Annual Report

Over the past 23 years, we have broadcasted RENNER television programs, and it has been a huge pillar of our ministry. We have reached hundreds of millions of people, and we’re still going strong! Almost immediately after we arrived in the former Soviet Union in 1991, God instructed my father to begin broadcasting Christian TV programs across this vast region. It was a difficult, pioneering work, but Dad was obedient to fulfill it. Through the technology of satellite, our reach keeps expanding, even to parts of Asia and beyond!

TV MINISTRY

What an honor to be able to touch people’s lives with the Word of God! I have no words to describe what that means to me, so I will just share the numbers.

• We have broadcasted 38,376 TV episodes with 3 TV shows — “Good News With Rick Renner,” “Heart to Heart” (Denise Renner), and “Change Your World.”

• We are currently airing our programs in 32 cities in 5 countries.

• Every month, a potential audience of 36 million people have the opportunity to watch these won-derful programs. We are also on 5 satellite stations that reach 115 countries across the globe.

• This past year, we filmed 353 other educational pro-grams besides those listed, and our total number of edited programs was 626.

• All this covers RENNER Ministries TV and doesn’t even include the amazing TV work Media Mir does for other ministries.

22

Page 23: 2014 Annual Report

want people to read their materials too. Therefore

books by other authors we published this past year

included: Passport to Promotion, Power To Heal, and

Power Thoughts. We plan to publish many more books

to reach many more people around the globe with the

truth of God’s Word.

TEACHING LETTERSDad’s teaching letter is one of the core ways we share

the good news with people. Twelve monthly letters are

sent out each year, and each one is filled with amaz-

ing, SOUND Bible teaching. This year we mailed 68,554

teaching letters and emailed 125,506 letters. We also

mailed 24,699 special letters to partners and friends.

The teaching every month provides news about the

ministry, biblical encouragement, and trusted Bible

teaching. I’m personally grateful for the sound teaching

Dad provides in these letters. I enjoy reading each one.

EMAILThe world is changing so fast, and we have seen huge

growth in the number of our emails. This is good because

we can help people faster using email. Since the former

Soviet Union is so vast, when we get letters asking for a

book, for example, it often takes a month for that request

to reach us. When we respond, it takes approximately

another month for our reply to reach its recipient

REACHING PEOPLE

BOOKSThis past year we produced 3 books and republished 3 books in the Russian language. We also sent 3,763 free books to people who contacted our ministry by phone or mail.

We also gave away 14,105 PDF books to help people in their walk with God. Dad and Mom provide awe-some, well-rounded teaching materials, but there are other authors whom we greatly believe in, and we

After people watch Dad and Mom on TV or read their books, they often contact our ministry for prayer, as we always let people know that we are here for them and are ready to pray for them. When they contact our ministry, we try to give them more materials to help them renew their minds with the Word of God.

Proverbs 4:7 says, “Wisdom is the principal thing; there-fore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get under-standing.” Some of the ways we help people get the spiritual wisdom and understanding they need for life is by providing the following resources.

This is especially interesting when we send out our Christmas card. Although we plan for people to receive them by Christmas Day, some of our partners don’t receive theirs until March! You can see why email has become a great tool to answer people faster and to send them free digital materials.

Every day at RENNER Ministries in Moscow, we send out approximately 6,560 emails.

PHONE CALLSEvery day we receive phone calls from all over the former Soviet Union from people asking for prayer for situations such as: alcoholism/drug addiction; family problems; financial problems; sickness; and salvation of relatives and friends. This past year, we received a total of 2,199 phone calls, and we made 986 calls. It is so encouraging to hear from people who tell us their testimonies about what God has done in their lives after they received a teaching letter, watched a TV program, or participated in Home Group.

website designed to assist believers with various types of information and teaching. It has become so popular that even people who are not Christian are attracted to this site. AmenCafe offers many articles and materials on practical topics, but all of them are written with a bent toward Christ and helping people.

This year alone, 33,714 people were helped by this website. Of course, after they read the articles and see the ads on the site to contact our ministry or to watch a video on a particular subject, they are directed to our TV programs, where they really get to know what the Bible says about their topic of interest.

SOCIAL MEDIAWow — technology over the years has transformed the way we reach out to people! This past year on our Russian social-media pages, we received approximately 14,600 prayer needs or questions posted (an average of 40 posts per day). It is so gratifying to see that people can get help with their prayer needs or Bible questions right away. We have a diligent staff that faithfully helps us every day in this area of our ministry. We’re so grate-ful for them as well as for the people we are privileged to minister to through social media.

ONLINE HOME GROUPI think this is my favorite part of my work because I get to be on the Home Group set from time to time and also read the questions, prayer requests, and testimo-nies we receive from Home Group members. These webcasts provide an amazing venue for interacting directly with our friends and partners. And Dad’s teach-ing is tremendous! Those who tune in for these web-casts (and everyone is welcome to join us!) get to hear nearly an hour of deep teaching from God’s Word on topics that are relevant for the Body of Christ today.

Being a part of Home Group has personally reignited a fire in my heart and stirred a hunger in me for the things of God that’s deeper than ever before.

AMEN CAFEAfter pondering and praying about starting a Christian web portal for several years, my father launched AmenCafe in 2012. This is a Russian informational

We hear that the same thing is happening in the hearts of so many spiritually hungry people who regularly tune in to Home Group. In the past 12 months, we have filmed 112 Home Group sessions (including Russia, U.S., and UK webcasts) with a total of approximately 55,000 different Home Group members tuning in and participat-ing with us at various times in these exciting meetings.

Thank God for such a miracle! A few months ago I was diagnosed and sent home to die. Pastor Rick, I wrote to Rick Renner Ministries, and you prayed for me. I am happy now to testify that God overturned the verdict of doctors, and I am still alive. Hallelujah! Thank the Creator for His victory!”

YOUTUBEYouTube has become a great platform to broadcast our programs and to reach people where our programs are not shown via the airwaves. Posting our programs to YouTube means there are no boundaries to viewing Dad’s teachings. No matter where you are or what time it is, you can watch Dad and Mom on YouTube and receive a blessing! This is especially important in the unfortunate event our programming is removed from stations in countries where political and economic changes prevent us from continuing to broadcast in those regions.

Although we have seen many people come to our web-site (mediamir.org) to watch and download programs, it is still amazing to see the number of people who watch the programs via this Internet program. Right now we have 2,778 total subscribers to our Russian RENNER YouTube channels.

FROM RENNER MINISTRIES, MOSCOWMORE TESTIMONIES

“Hello, dear Pastor Rick! Some time ago, I prayed and asked the Lord to give me a high-paying job to my liking. I posted a prayer request on your site, and after a while, I got a call from the employer. He invited me to come for an interview. To my great joy, it was exactly the kind of work I had been dreaming of.

“I want to thank you and your team for prayer. Jesus is the Lord, and He cares for His children! By the way, my wife and I are your partners from the beginning of this year. And since the Lord has blessed us so richly, we are now buying a new apartment for our family. Praise the Lord and thank you for your ministry!”

At RENNER Ministries, we believe in supporting others who, like our own ministry, are diligently obeying their divine assignments and bearing fruit for Jesus around the world.

We support missionaries in Vietnam, a ministry that reaches youth in the U.S. and around the world, a traveling music and teaching ministry, and pastors and missionaries in spiritually rough areas of the world that are extremely hostile to Christianity and the Gospel.

Your prayers and financial giving to this ministry are having a deeper, wider, more far-reaching impact than you can imagine. Only Heaven will reveal the untold lives that were transformed by the Gospel through RENNER Ministries and the other ministries we help support. MESSAGE FROM LORI STOUT

LORI STOUT

Director Rick Renner Ministries, Tulsa

Since the Renner family resides permanently in Moscow, where they minister and fulfill their heavenly assignment for that part of the world, the ministry we provide in Tulsa becomes an essential means of ministering to those God has faithfully connected to our ministry to help us carry the assignment. With every note written, every prayer prayed, every letter produced and mailed, and every book shipped, our Partner Care, Production, and other administrative depart-ments in Tulsa work tirelessly to minister God’s love and care to our partners and friends; to those who desire to become more acquainted with our ministry; and to those simply in need of strengthening, encouragement, and prayer. I am humbled and thankful to be a part of carrying on this work in the United States as an extension of the Renners’ heart for building God’s Kingdom by building His people, no matter where they live.

The following is my report of our activities at RENNER Ministries in Tulsa!

OTHER MINISTRIES WE SUPPORT

Through the Tulsa office, our team: • Ministers to partners through the mail, answering 6,240 prayer

requests over the past 12 months via U.S. mail. • Ministers to partners through email, answering 1,098 prayer

requests via email over the past 12 months.• Ministers to partners through phone calls, having spoken to part-

ners 6,700 times over the past 12 months.

Internally, we call this hands-on aspect of the ministry “lavish care.” It’s Partner Care, but we call it lavish because our intention is to treat partners of RENNER Ministries with the very highest regard when they communicate with us or send a financial contribution for this work.

The Tulsa office utilizes a group of volunteers who have a heart for people and for RENNER Ministries. They call partners to extend Rick

and Denise’s love and gratitude for their support and to pray with those who desire prayer. These volunteers also help make calls to express care and concern and to offer prayer for victims in instances of hurricanes, tornados, or other natural disasters — as well as to let partners know when the Renners will be ministering in their areas. In all, over the past 12 months, volunteers made 3,269 phone calls on behalf of Rick and Denise and the ministry.

Volunteers also help with the distribution of special mailings, such as Christmas cards and special flyers for Rick’s teaching letters. During the past 12 months, there have been 1,596 hours of lavish care donated by volunteers.

We receive many exciting testimonies of answered prayer in the Tulsa office! The following is a small sampling of the wondrous workings of the Lord in our midst.

Someone from your ministry called on April 8. I had just learned I was going to have surgery to remove a diseased organ. Your ministry worker prayed with me, and God gave him a word of wisdom that God had some surprises for me. What a word! I had no idea how I would ever pay the medical bills. But God

sent money through many different, “surprising” channels of blessings. The hospital bills and surgeon’s bill were paid prior to the surgery. The anesthesiologist’s bill, other doctor bills, and all of the diagnostic work were paid for two days following the surgery. God even surprised me with enough for some house repairs I had been

desperately needing for the past two years! Thank you for your prayer warriors!

P. S. The surgery went very well, and I am in the process of a miraculous progressive healing.

Partner T. W. A team member in Partner Care prayed with this partner, who called back to give the praise report that her husband was healed from prostate cancer after battling for five years!

from Partner V. J.

I am a Home Group partner. I emailed a prayer request to you about a month ago regarding my health. At that time, I was facing open-heart surgery. My doctor had said I had a blockage on the left side of my heart. I just wanted to say thank you for praying for me! After further testing, my doctor has changed his diagnosis. He is no longer recommending surgery!

Rick’s 21-Day Challenge last year (“Seven Things That Will Keep You Spiritually Strong”) resulted in the produc-tion of bookmarks to help with the challenge. More than 1,000 bookmarks were sent to people who requested them during the 21-Day Challenge, and we received many testimonies that these seven spiritual disciplines caused growth, strength, and a closer walk with God among participants.

HOME GROUPOne of the most exciting and vibrant aspects of social media is the renner.org weekly webcast for our Monday night Home Groups. “Home Group” provides a warm setting via Rick and Denise’s live webcast, where friends and partners can connect not only with Rick and Denise, but also with each other by posting comments and words of encouragement and by sharing prayer requests during the online webcast.

During “Home Group,” Rick and Denise provide teach-ing from the Word of God for one hour for the United Kingdom and one hour for the United States. There is

an average of 3,630 computers that access the webcast, either during the live webcast or after a session is posted to the archives. There is actually a higher number of viewers who access the webcast, because many people gather in groups to watch Home Group together. As a result, there is no way to calculate the actual number of attendees or participants for each session, but it is logisti-cally more than 3,630. Home Group attendees eagerly look forward to the webcast, and there are many “regu-lars” who come back week after week and share their lives with Rick and Denise and the RENNER staff.

Even in the uncertain times we’re living in, RENNER Ministries has expe-rienced another year of spiritual progress and forward momentum in nearly every area of the ministry both in Moscow and Tulsa. With God leading us every step of the way, He is enabling us to shine our light brightly and to “light up the night” for those around us to see.

Scripture instructs us not to despise the day of small beginnings (Zechariah 4:10). Reflecting on what the Lord has allowed us to do over

A CLOSING WORD FROM RICK RENNER

the past 23 years, I am simply stunned and amazed at the growth He’s given us from our early, beginning days in the former Soviet

Union. We’re so thankful for faithful partners and friends of this ministry who have been with us at every turn and who continue to add their light to ours, standing with us as we fulfill our heavenly mandate. We give God all the glory for everything that has been accomplished so far, and we’re relying on Him to help us maintain our momentum as we begin another year of fulfilling what He’s asking us to do with all our hearts.

I hope you’ve enjoyed our report. We look forward to connecting even more closely with you and all our friends and partners in the new year — “that we may be comforted together by the mutual faith of us both” (see Romans 1:12). Thank you again for everything you do to help us fulfill our call to the Russian-speaking world.
