2014 4Q Newsletter Message from the President As 2014 comes to a close, I want to take a moment to thank you for your support and investment in growing our ASGE organiza- tion this year. Our Technical conference last summer was well attended; and we’d love to keep up the momentum to increase membership, sponsorship and to certify more Gas Engineers in 2015. As you attend industry conferences, trade shows and meetings in the New Year; keep ASGE in your thoughts and spread the word about our society and what it has to offer with your colleagues. Your commitment and involvement is essential to our future growth. I’d also like to extend thanks to Mike O’Donnell and Jerry Moore for their efforts to make the 2014 conference a success. And a special thanks to Ron Heberger for organizing the annual golf outing; Ron really makes it a good time for all and I always look forward to his awards presentation. Looking ahead to the summer of 2015, our National Technical Conference will be held on June 1 - 2, 2015 at the South Point Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. Please register and make your hotel reservations to take advantage of the Early Bird Discount on registration; details will be on the ASGE website early next year. Vice President, Mike O’Donnell, will be organizing the Technical Conference again this year; he had a terrific line up of speakers and exciting topics last summer and I’m looking forward to what he has in store for us next year. The schedule will be posted on the ASGE website once it is finalized. I look forward to seeing you at the 2015 Technical Conference. Here’s wishing you all a wonderful holiday season with family and friends; and for a healthy, peaceful and prosperous New Year.
