Student Demand for Appointments Continues to Increase

We had a total of 75 educational programs. This includes classroom and club presentations, workshops, information sessions, jobs fairs, and on-campus recruitment. These events brought in over 140 employers and graduate/professional school representatives.

We also launched ScienceLink, our Symplicity instance, which allows students to schedule appointments, and search for jobs and internships. ScienceLink was a great help in scheduling many of our 900+ appointments this year.

PREPs sees students from across the School of Science including undergraduate and graduate students, and alumni. Students from each department use PREPs for one-on-on advising appointments, but Biology and Neursocience had the highest percentage of students using their services.
