Accidental Injury CoverFor only a small additional charge per pet per month,

you can include Accidental Injury cover. This provides for the cost of treating accidental injuries up to £2,500 per incident,

subject to an excess of £75.Total claims in any 12-month period must not exceed £5,000.

The cover is for treatment by our practice. However, if you and your pet are away from home (anywhere in the UK) then cover

(including out of hours cover) is extended to include the nearest available vet. Further details of cover are

available from the practice.

Extended Payment SchemeFor any treatment over £250, pet owners on the plan will have

the facility to spread the payment over four months. Please note no discount is available if the Extended Payment Scheme is used. The scheme is subject to a 5% handling fee.

A deposit will be required. Use of the Extended Payment Scheme is at the discretion of the Practice Director

and subject to Terms and Conditions.

What should I do next?The Riverside Pet Health Plan is simple to join: please

complete a form at Reception – your banking details are required. A £5 registration fee will be collected with your

first monthly direct debit. Our practice staff will be happy to answer any queries you may have, or call us at the

practice for more information.

Picking things up early usually means a simpler solution for your pet and a cheaper one for yourself.
