Community Financial Credit Union is a cooperative dedicated to providing sound financial products, services and advice to our members while rewarding our most loyal members. We continued that tradition during 2013 with another Member Bonus payout of over $300,000 to our Gold and Platinum relationship status members.

We remain committed to our vision and believe our plan is working for our members. We are developing deeper relationships, providing more cost effective products and services, helping members make more sound financial decisions and rewarding those who bring more of their financial relationships to the credit union.

The current economic and regulatory environment is not favorable for our credit union and we are beginning to focus on our future and how we can remain relevant and provide more value for our current and prospective members. Rates, fees and service delivery will be a major focus for us for the foreseeable future. We plan to open a new location in 2014 and will likely make changes to our product offerings to reflect changes in our cost structure.

Most importantly, we will strive to find more effective ways to communicate these changes and the overall value of our cooperative and long-term approach to all of our members.

Financially, we remain very strong with a high capital level and excellent growth and earnings. Your Board of Directors and Management are committed to the success of the credit union and work hard to keep our financial position very strong.

Please let us know if you have any questions or comments about your credit union.

Thank you!

Leon Oenes Greg HillChairperson President/CEO
