Aspect Methods, an introduction
1. An accelerated relaxation routine – 5 minutes
2. Clear a relationship with a person of your choice – 2 minutes
3. Enhance your confidence – 2 minutes
4. Return to normal waking state awareness – 1 minute
You will be fully aware of all sounds in the room. You can brake it off at any moment, if you desire.

1. The Accelerated Relaxation routine – 5 minutes
Three Phase Breathing.
Flow tiredness down to earth, from the chest down.
Relax and stretch eyebrows – as per illustration.
Relax from the head down.

You will be fully aware of all sounds in the room. You can brake it off at any moment, if you desire.

Name the person on a piece of paper and do it now.
Place the paper in front of you.
The audio will ask you to sense that relationship in your body.
It will then make certain suggestions for improving that relationship.
