General Inormation or all Registrations1. Sendfour current color photos o animal. (1) ull acing orward rontal view; (2) ull profle/side view o let side; (3

ull profle/side view o right side; (4) ull rear view. Additional photos should be submitted to show color not evident ithe usual our photos mentioned herein (i.e. belly white, white under jaw, etc.). Label back o each photo with animalfrst name choice and owners name. All parts o the horse must be seen in photographs including the tips o the earnose and all o the hooves. Horse are to be positioned where all our legs can be observed, and standing on a level surac

where all o the hooves are visible (not in tall grass or snow). Photos can also be e-mailed to PtHA at photos@pinto.orPtHA reserves the right to require/request better quality photos.

2. Copies o outcross registration papers submitted in lieu o completed Breeders Certifcate or or sire or dam,must verif

and exhibit ownership as submitted on this registration application, or include a completed copy o the pertinent outcroregistry transer report.

3. I the sire or dam are not also PtHA registered/listed it is required that you provide a copy o the sires/dams approveoutcross registration certifcate veriying pedigree and ownership at the time o breeding. Exception: I you are sendina copy o the approved outcross registry papers or the Pinto you are registering with this application - DO NO SENDORIGINAL REGISRAION CERIFICAES.

4. Registration applications must be completed and submitted with all ees, photos and necessary documentation aspecifed by this application orm. Incomplete applications will be subject to delays in processing and possible additionees. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

5. Allow at least six weeks or processing. Registrations needed in a shorter time rame should be accompanied by anmarked with the appropriate rush ees. Rush registration applications and envelopes must be clearly marked.

6. Failure o any individual to acknowledge and respond to any PtHA correspondence regarding application or membershitranser, or registration o a horse, pony, or miniature, or any other PtHA business will result in that fle being closed anDead Filed and all ees oreited ater sixty (60) days.

Not Eligible or PtHA registration:1. Horses with Appaloosa, Drat or Mule breeding and/or characteristics, except non-characteristic Appaloosa geldings

in solid registry2. Horse stallions with unknown, unregistered or unapproved outcross registered sire or dam

Documentation o pedigree and background on PtHA registration certifcate will be determined by adherence to theregistration rules and requirements as outlined in this application and the PtHA rulebook.
