Instructions for Online Registration

Registration information and instructions can be found on the Oregon Lacrosse Club’s home

page at http://oregonlacrosseclub.org or under the documents tab.

Click on the Register Online Tab

You will be redirected to the Online Registration System (see below)

Select Begin Registration for the appropriate program you want to register for.

Each program has a base cost and in addition to that base cost is a US Lacrosse Membership

Fee. The US Lacrosse membership Fee is $35.00 for High School Players and $25.00 for Youth

Players. During the Registration Process you will be directed to the US Lacrosse Website to

complete the US Lacrosse Membership and you will need to pay this fee with a credit card.

Before you can continue, read the information on this page then click Continue

For NEW players, you must enter your Email address in the Sign in box then choose Sign in. A

password will then be sent to that email address.

For RETURNING players, you must enter your Email address as well and enter your password.

Note: If you have forgotten your password, you may just enter your email address and then

choose Sign in (your password will be sent to your email address).

Please be sure to check your "Junk" or "Bulk" folder for the password email. Email providers

often incorrectly flag mail from this site as bulk email. If this happens to you, be sure to specify

that future mail from this site be placed directly in your Inbox.

After successful log in:

NEW members will be asked to complete their individual contact information before proceeding.

When complete, click the SUBMIT button to return to the registration system.

New members will have the option to enter a child’s information at this time by clicking on the

“Add a Child” button on the bottom of the screen. A new form will open up for you to add your

child’s information. Once finished, click the Submit button. You will now see your child listed.

RETURNING members will be asked to select a family member to register for in the program

you selected in the earlier step.

Only those members eligible for the program will be highlighted in Green. If the member is

ineligible for the program, you will see a box stating Ineligible.

If you wish to edit any details for the member shown, click on their name to edit their individual

record details. After verifying your child’s registration record, choose Submit.

For previously registered members, the program checks the registration dates and if the

registration expires before the end of the season you will be required to renew your

membership. After entering the membership information or selecting the returning player, click

on the Continue to US Lacrosse Registration Link

Complete the US Lacrosse Membership Information

Click Submit

Follow the instructions

All US Lacrosse Members are required to read and accept the Code of Conduct

Click Proceed to Step 3 to Continue

Click Select to Continue

Click to have a copy of the US Lacrosse Magazine sent to you or not

Complete Yes or No are you planning on playing lacrosse this season

Update Game Information – click Save

Update Team Information – Use Oregon Lacrosse Club – Oregon WI

Do not use Oregon Lacrosse Ass. Oregon WI – this is an old club from 2004

Click Proceed to Step 5

Yes or no do you officiate lacrosse

Click Proceed to Step 7

Donate to US Lacrosse or click Proceed to Step 8 to bypass

Checkout and become a member

Enter payment information

Click Process my Order to complete

Click End Membership Process to Return to the Oregon Lacrosse Club Website to complete

your Registration

You may have to log back into the OLC Website. If so, click the Register button and log back in

with your email address and password and you will be directed to the page so you can continue

the process.

Each Team will have Supplemental Information to complete. All Player and Parents must read

and acknowledge they read the Concussion Facts, Girls HS Players Registrants must read and

accept the family volunteer hours. In 2013 this does not apply to the HS Boys or Youth Girls

teams.

Click Submit Information

You are finished with the online-registration and you have successively registered
