2013 Installations and Logistics Board RECOMMENDED WAY AHEAD - Continue planning/coordination in preparation for the event. - LPC-3 support staff: Maj Dykes and SSgt Rehm will travel to event site in order to continue to provide support MISCELLANEOUS - Read ahead briefs (due by COB Wed to LPC) - Refreshments (currently negotiating for best options and cost – approx. cost per person will be $20 - $30) - Transportation plan (for 8 May Social) BACKGROUND/STATEMENT OF ISSUE - Log Board: 7-9 May 2013 (6 and 10 May are designated as travel days) - 2.5 day event - Location: Pacific Views Event Center (PVEC), Camp Pendleton, CA.
