Changing of the Guard Ceremonyand posting of the SentriesWith a flash of scarlet and a skirl of pipes, historycomes to life! The Canadian Army was born in1884, with the establishment of the InfantrySchool Corps, Company “A” in Fredericton.Maybe you will be selected to “inspect” theguard! Ceremonies take place in Officers’ Squaredaily at 11am & 4pm, with additionalceremonies on Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm.Sentry duty changes on the hour at City Hall.July & August.

of exhibitions, including Meditation –Transition, a major presentation of the

luminescent paintings of Canadian artistJohn Ward, which highlights our integral

relationship to nature through the commonand elegant form of the leaf; Tributaries, an

installation by New Brunswick ceramist andsculptor Darren Emenau that features both

imagery and materials derived from atributary of the province’s primary
