Committee meeting 21/02/13

Apologies: Colvin, Livvi

In attendance: Lauren, Ciara, Kim, Nicola, Tabby, Jess, Amy, Steen, David, Erin

Committee Business

1. QueerFest:

a. Where and when you need to be there

- Committee members there during the day to set up: Kim, Ciara, David, Amy, Steen

- Everyone to meet at 7pm, including QueerFest sub-team. Decorations and stars to bemade.

- Cabaret act to be there for 7pm

b. Duties for the event- welcoming, handing out passes for Polo (wristbands being dropped off during the day)

- decorations in the evening need to be put out, soundcheck with cabaret act

c. Publicity - final flyer push tomorrow

- Ciara, Steen to flyer tomorrow (Ciara to pick up flyers from Erin)

- Kim to pick up flyers for Cheesy from Erin tomorrow

d. Workshops and Entertainment - final line-up and programme

- Yoga to be confirmed for 12pm- programme to be finished: Amy to do

e. Decorations- David and Kim to decoration shop tomorrow after 4pm - 40 budget

- Tabby asked if they could pick up card for the farewell dinner - decided to wait until

closer to event

f. (A)Sexual?

- finding a copy of the film: Amy suggested to look into renting from iTunes, Amy will

look into and let Steen know price

g. Rainbow Cheesy - who is going? Dress up?

- Lauren to be there for about 10:30pm- committee to wear t-shirts or dress up in rainbow colours?

- t-shirts to be picked up from SRC by Ciara tomorrow

Erin: to make playlist for QueerFest

Chris: has welfare supplies for QueerFest, still at his flat

Everyone to submit their questions for Monday, print out on Tuesday

Reading Party next Thursday: 7:30pm, CCA

3. Wicked Wenches - Steen?- 241 prices, numbers needed for Steen to pass on beginning of March

4. Farewell Dinner

- Becky won't be there - will be in England- tickets should arrive tomorrow, will be selling at QueerFest on Saturday

- budget for linen: Tabby will know after weekend- Vicky confirmed

- taking orders: note down if vegetarian or vegan

- Erin doing the place settings
