1.China / Korea Small car program
35Kg. was successfully reduced from the BIW while meeting Crash, NVH, Aerodrag, Vehicle Dynamics and
Powertrain mounting targets. Executed for Chinese OEM whose development center is in Korea.
2.High Volume North American V6 Engine Optimization
3.High Volume North American LCV / MCV program
•Weight reduction on current large volume Cross-over platform
•Optimization reduce about 25 to 35Kg in BIW.
4.Multi-Powertrain Body structure Development for a US Global Midsize car program
•New architecture for Electric, Hybrid-electric and Conventional powertrain program
•85Kg. was reduced from the BIW while providing a common platform for three different powertrain configurations
5.Load Body Value Engineering
•~12Kg was reduced from a 102Kg. pick-up box.
• The value engineered load body was proven to have equivalent
• Design, prototyping and volume production carried out.
