Bookings: Once you have checked availability we will hold a Provisional Booking for up to 2 weeks. As Christmas is a really busy time for us we do ask for a £10 per person deposit to confirm the booking. We also ask for a signed Booking Form to confirm your minimum numbers and to complete the paperwork. Because numbers are limited the minimum numbers you put on your Booking Form will be the minimum we invoice you for. We will then get in touch with you to receive full payment 3-4 weeks before the event.

Should there be any unforeseen problems with the entertainment that are outside our control we reserve the right to change the programme without notification.
