    Indonesia is in the midst of a generationaltransition and is in need of locomotive

    talents to lead the generation and pushIndonesia forward

    However, there is a shortage of leaders,particularly with a 21st century mindset

    We therefore aim to help shape young

    Indonesian leaders at these 2 critical points Transition from final year of university to

    first entry-level job

    Transition from young promisingprofessionals to leaders of influencinginstitutions or communities

    YLI-Kampus is part of the Young Leaders for Indonesia (YLI)program which aims to develop and nurture 1,000 youngIndonesian leaders over the next 5 years
