I am pleased to share with youthe first ever issue of iReport (ThePresident’s Report). This is ourattempt in maintaining thecommunication lines among ourclients, partners and friends while

It will put FPD Asia on aninternational level, which in turn can attract more clients thatwill lead to the organization’s further success. 2ND QTR BM’S MEETING

FPD Asia started the Best Managed Property Awards (BMPA) wayback in 2005. The objectives are to encourage the on-site projectmanagement teams to upgrade the quality of services they arerendering in all FPD Asia’s managed properties and facilities and torecognize the efforts of those who have lived up to FPD Asia’scommitment of Service Excellence All the Timecommitment of Service Excellence…All the Time.

The recipients passed through a rigorous screening process beforethey were selected. They were evaluated on the following criteria:

1. Administration (office/front desk management, complaintshandling, filing system, compliance with statutory requirements,including management reports and other deliverables to CentralOffice);

2. Financial Accounting (timely financial reporting, compliance withgovernment reportorial requirements, updated remittances/paymentsto government agencies and FPD Asia, maintenance of accountingrecords, implementation of collection policy);

3. Housekeeping (overall upkeep of the property, orderliness andcleanliness);

5. Technical / Maintenance (implementation of preventivemaintenance, emergency preparedness, tagging of equipment,keeping maintenance records);

7. Quality Management System (effective implementation of thequality management system evidenced by the required records andconsistency in providing quality property management service to theClient);

8. Building Technical Audit (rectification of findings in the technicaland safety audit) and;

9. Financial Audit (accurate financial reporting, proper cashmanagement).

All the nominees were given certificates and the winners in eachcategory received cash prizes. The nominees and winners for the2011 Best Managed Property Awards are listed on the followingpage.

FPD Asia gradually strengthens its foundation by forming alliances with differentcompanies involved in the same industry. These alliances ensure a healthy numberof clients and reflect the industry’s vote of confidence in FPD Asia as a provider ofundiminishing quality service. In August 2006, a joint venture between the leadingproperty management firm FPD Asia and property developer LANDCO Pacificproperty management firm FPD Asia and property developer LANDCO PacificCorporation transpired, aiming to deliver professional property management in allLANDCO projects and developments.
