The Vertical SplitIn order to assist the development of the zone
combinations it is vital to get as deep as possible from the line of scrimmage. This is accomplished by placing your down hand on the circle of the ankle of the center
The Horizontal SplitThe horizontal split between the center and guard is one foot to eighteen inches. Close your splits if
you get nervous.
The Tailback’s AlignmentThe toes of the TB are six yards from the front tip of the ball thatching the outside leg of the guard.
The Quarterback’s Alignment:The toes of the QB are five
yards from the front tip of the ball directly behind the center.

QB Fake 12, 13 - Rocker Ride, Deep step and gather. Throw vertical route between 18 and 22 yards.
TB Fake 12, 13 block “B” gap. If you are the inside receiver run the seem on the outside of the hash.
Z Inside receiver run the seem on the outside of the hash. If you are an outside receiver run a take off route.
Y Inside receiver run the seem on the outside of the hash. If you are an outside receiver run a take off route.
H Inside receiver run the seem on the outside of the hash. If you are in “Hack” motion fake 12, 13 block “B” gap.
X Run take off.
Under Coverage is at theLOS with the run fake.
The ball is delivered at 12-18 yards. Slots work the outside of the hash marks.
