our state-of-the-art facility in bonferraro, italy has improved and expanded our capabilities. most importantly, it keeps all manufacturing processes under one roof, allowing us to monitor every step of the production and uphold our strict quality standards.

GREEN INITIATIVESour factory not only meets, but surpasses Europe’s strict environmental manufacturing standards. All inks used are water based and excess ink is recycled. transfer paper is also recycled along with excess fabric trimmings. instead of artificial lighting, skylights are used to provide a natural light source that significantly decreases energy consumption. As Giordana moves forward we strive to further lessen our impact on the environment and its resources.

STEP FOUR SUBMIT ARTWORKsend your team’s artwork (design and logos) if applicable to the graphics department. be sure to design for all potential garments or accessories when working with our in-house graphic designers.

STEP FIVE: SIZING KITS AVAILABLEit’s a great idea to get your group together to collect the quantities and sizes you will need. both a sizing chart and description of the Giordana fit are available on our website. in addition, sizing kits are available upon request, so plan ahead if you’d like to have sample garments in hand when you pick your team’s sizes.

STEP SIX: NEEd HELP COLLECTING ALL THOSE ORdERS?

We now offer GiordanaKitBuilder.com to help save you time and streamline

the process of collecting your team’s individual orders. it tracks and manages

orders and keeps everything in one easy location!

STEP SEVEN: COMPLETE THE ORdER FORMDownload the appropriate Excel order form at our website or request the file from our custom department via e-mail at [email protected]. Print and fill out the form with a signature. Email, fax or mail your completed order form with a 50% deposit. Deposits may be paid by ACH debit, check or credit card.

HOW dO WE START OUR ORdER?STEP ONE: dECIdE IF YOU’RE A ‘FULL’, ‘NOW’ OR ‘SEMI’ CUSTOM ORdERYou can determine this by reading over our program options or just give us a call and talk to a custom clothing specialist at 704.943.7906.

STEP TWO: REVIEW PROdUCTION dATES FOR FULL CUSTOM ORdERS1. January and February are our busiest production months. orders placed in January may take up to 1-2 weeks longer than our standard 65 days.

2. April through July allow RE-ORdERS of existing artwork to be reproduced at a lower minimum order of 10 pieces of the same garment.

3. June 1st is the last day for approval of NEW artwork in order to receive your order before the factory’s annual August closure. June 15th is the last day for REORdERS in order to receive your order before the factory’s annual August closure.

4. October and November are the slowest times of our year and would be a good time to order and potentially receive your garments faster than our standard 65 days.

5. The Thursday before Thanksgiving is the last day to send approved art-work to our factory and avoid an extra 2 weeks added to your production time for the Christmas holiday factory closure.

FULL CUSTOMPROGRAM

Giordana’s FuLL Custom program is all about choices. We offer an array

of cycling garments and printed accessories to meet your team or organi-

zation’s needs. We offer more options than we can list, so be sure to ask

if there’s something you want that you don’t see in our catalog or on our

website.

tops and bottoms both require a 30 piece minimum and can be divided

among styles of 10 (i.e. 10 short sleeve jerseys, 10 long sleeve jerseys and 10

vests). Accessories minimums vary and are listed in our catalog or on our

website.

With Giordana FuLL Custom, you and our in-house graphic designers will

work together to achieve the desired look for your team. Cost is based on

the number of colors used in your design. our italian factory uses an offset

sublimation printing that produces vivid and colorfast designs.

Production time is typically 65 days after final artwork and order approval. Please allow 1-2 weeks additional time for shipping overseas and customs inspection.

ALTA GAMMAJERSEYnew to our FuLL Custom offerings is the Alta Gamma jersey. it’s a perfect

blend of fabrics and features from our Pro Level and FR-C collections.

the front and side panels use michron fabric for its honeycomb textured knit.

this knit allows airflow to keep you cool while wicking moisture off the skin.

the back panel features Host Carbon™ for the benefits of carbon and stabili-

zation of the pockets with its two-directional stretch. the carbon lowers the

concentration of lactic acid during activity and improves blood circulation,

delivering oxygen more efficiently to the cells. Carbon is naturally antibacte-

rial and inhibits the development of odor causing bacteria. ultra light and

stretchy Asteria™ fabric on the shoulders provides a snug and flexible fit

throughout a range of motion. inserts of micromesh under the arms add in

ventilation where needed most.

Features of the jersey include a reversed full front visible zipper that allows

easy adjustment on the bike. the three rear pockets with a fourth zippered

compartment guarantee for secure storage. A light elastic on the cuffs and a

silicone injected gripper elastic at the waist hold the jersey in place while on

the bike.

previously only available in Giordana’s flagship FormaRed–Carbon line.

Almost immediately after the introduction of the original Forma line we be-

gan to receive requests for the same level of customizable apparel. Cyclists

that experience this new ultra-performance clothing are no longer willing to

settle for less. they want the same performance and quality in their team or

club uniforms.

For custom apparel, the new FR-C Full Custom removes compromise from

the equation.

Giordana’s noW Custom Program offers men’s and women’s jerseys that are

born in italy and finished in the usA – the perfect combination. the jerseys

are printed using digital-dye sublimation, which is a quick production option

for teams with a limited time.

orders with final artwork and order approval are processed on the 1st and

15th of each month and from that date the turn around time is 4 to 6 weeks

Giordana sEmi Custom pre-printed garments offer a variety of styles and

colors to fit every team or organization’s need and look.

We have expanded the sEmi Custom program by adding several new

garment choices and are excited to offer sEmi Custom tri garments as well

as skinsuits.

We recommend the sEmi Custom option for those who want to order less than 30 total pieces. Cost is calculated on a per impression basis, so teams and organizations without the professional budget can keep costs lower. THERE ARE NO MINIMUM QUANTITIES FOR SEMI CUSTOM ORdERS!

because sEmi Custom artwork is printed locally, turn around time is

reduced. You’ll be riding in your gear just 2-4 weeks after final artwork
