Indigo Resort property values have increased

the most over any other gulf front resort. With

9 sales in 2012, sales prices increased a

whopping 14% over the previous year for an

average of just over $601,100—$266/sf.

Perdido Sun is highly sought after from vacation-

ers staying in the area. Sale prices are up 11% to

just under $176,500—$202/sf. Being affordable in

sales price and in high demand, makes this Perdi-

The majority of Mirabella residences are rental

restricted and the sales prices rose 11% over
