Does your project call for printing on agrand scale? American Litho’s new large format printing service is the perfect choice. This process is ideal for POP displays, tradeshow graphics, window displays, �eet graphics, promotional materials, banners, wall paper, back-lit displays and more. Prints can be rated for both indoor and outdoor usage.

Vutek QS3200 Digital UV presswith four, six, or six-color plus white

The Vutek will print up to 126.5” wide by the length of the roll or on �at materials up to 2” thick. Two resolutions are available: High De�nition - 1080 dpi; and Standard - 540 dpi. We can print edge-to-edge in some cases,which works well on pre-die cut material for short runs.

Color

Kodak’s Color Flow Software system allows us to align color across multiple devices and unite curve and pro�le creation using one application. The system signals when color adjustments are required with integrated color control, using Kodak’s Prinergy Work�ow. This system reduces color setup costs and color production errors, while producing consistent color on digital and o�set presses, with less e�ort, more accuracyand faster job turnaround.

American Litho operates one of the largestbinderies in the Midwest o�ering 8 saddle stitchers with a variety of sophisticated capabilities. Our saddle stitchers provide highnet output, ASIR control, JDF compatibility, 3-knife and 5-knife trimming, inside and outside inkjet personalization, tabbing, wafer sealing, shrink-wrapping and US Postal Service sortation.

Selective Binding

Over half of the binding lines at American Litho have selective binding capability, which allows our clients to produce unique �nished products for di�erent recipients on the same binding line. A special code in the address �le indicates which sections each individual in the �le should receive. That same address �le provides the information for the mailing label. Clients can realize substantial cost savings by printing, binding, and mailing all versions atthe same time.

American Litho’s 40-inch Bobst die cuttercan handle your simple projects as well as your most intricate die cutting shapes. Combined with our sheetfeds that can run 40 pt. board, our in house folder gluers, and our Loop String Necker, we can produce all aspects of packaging in house.

American Litho’s accurate and reliable Pick ‘n’ Pack service takes the worry out of ful�llment on custom orders. American Litho can pick full cartons, partial cartons or orders of less than a hundred, with the same ease and reliability as our traditional bulk palletized ful�llment.

The Pick ‘n’ Pack solution provides you with the ability to meet your business needs, without the need to move stock to an alternate location for processing.

American Litho can help you maximize economies of scale by printing and stocking your items in our 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse, keeping them ready to ship or customize according to your needs.

At American Litho we take environmentalstewardship seriously. We are proud ofour FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and SFI (Sustainable Forestry Initiative) certi�cation and o�er eco-friendly printing options, like soy-based inks and recycled paper. Pollution Control

A Thermo Electron Air Puri�cation Systempuri�es gasses from the ink dryers removing nearly 99% of the volatile organic compounds (VOCs). We exceed even the strictest California Clean Air Regulations.

Recycling

We recycle anything and everything - paper, plastics, metals, wood, pallets, blanket wash, solvents, light bulbs, toner cartridges, and batteries. Our overhead chip removal system moves all excess paper to our recycling area.

Water Puri�cation

American Litho’s water tank puri�cation system is large enough to serve a small city. The Reverse Osmosis (RO) water system removes all minerals and impurities from our water, which ensures that all of our fountain solutions are pure and 100% phosphate free.

Soy Inks

American Litho’s current set of Process Inks meets the American Soybean Association’s standards required to use the Printed with Soy Logo.

Ink Super Bins

Since 2001, 344 tankers of ink have beenunloaded at our Berlin Industries facility.This is equivalent to 818 deliveries of inkin totes, which has kept over 500 trucks o� the road.

Forest Stewardship

American Litho is proud to be both FSC and SFI certi�ed.
