Joe Fehrmann brings more than twenty years of experience to his Organizational Effectiveness Consulting practice, having led Human Resource and Organization Development efforts in construction, public utilities, manufacturing, and defense. His teaching background includes business courses at several colleges, including the Wichita State University School of Business and the WSU Center for Management Development.

Joe works with his clients to strengthen the connection between effective leadership and an engaging culture through leadership development, strategic talent management, organizational change initiatives, succession planning, and teambuilding.

Joe also serves as a training consultant with The Rainmaker Academy, helping accounting professionals develop the consulting and marketing skills they need for personal and professional success. The Rainmaker Academy is a division of Five Star³, located in Nashville, Tennessee. The mission of Five Star³ is to transform the lives of accountants, consultants, and accounting firms through communication, training, consulting, and networking membership services.

Joe is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). He is co-author of several training guides published by American Media and HRD Press. He makes his home in Birmingham, Alabama.
