Tuesday Collection Household trash
Place trash in a sturdy can with lid OR in plastic bags. Bags must be 1.2 mm thick. Absolutely no grocery or shopping bags.
Recyclable newspaper, magazines, and cardboard These items shall be tied and bundled with twine or placed securely in paper bags. Do not place recyclable paper/cardboard in plastic bags.
Friday Collection Household trash Recyclable metal: soda cans, food cans Recyclable glass: glass bottles, glass jars Recyclable plastic: milk jugs, soda bottles, juice bottles
Place recyclable metal/glass/plastic in a recycling container or sturdy can. Do not use plastic bags.
Bulk Collection 2nd Wednesday of each month
April 13, May 11, June 8, July 13, August 10, September 14, October 12, November 9 and December 14 Bulk = Oversized items such as furniture, too large for regular trash
pick up. Absolutely no renovation or construction debris will be collected.
Appliances Collection/White Goods White Goods: Refrigerators, Air Conditioners & Other Large Appliances Require Appointment. Call to schedule an appointment at 973-733-4311 or 877-270-3520. *No Pick Ups for TVs, Construction Debris, or Auto Parts.
