The 2011 Tulsa Pipeline Expo (TPE)
will be held August 29-31 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This three-day
orum showcases Oklahoma businesses and provides opportunities to
network with pipeline, utility, construction, and water & sewer compa-
nies throughout North America. TPE includes a trade show, educational
sessions, a roundtable discussion, a gol tournament, and a variety o
networking unctions.
The Mission o the Tulsa Pipeline Expo is to raise awareness o our
state’s rich heritage in the energy industry and the growing inrastruc-
ture services, and to showcase products and services o the many Okla-
homa businesses that keep our state strong.

Billy Sims was a record-setting rusher
or the University o Oklahoma and
was awarded the 1978 Heisman
Trophy. In 1980, he was the No. 1
pick in the NFL drat and became the
NFL Rookie o the Year while playingor the Detroit Lions. Billy resides in
Dallas, TX and works with numer-
ous charities throughout Texas and
Oklahoma.
Jason White was a quarterback or
the University o Oklahoma and led
the Sooners to the National Cham-
pionships in 2003 and 2004. He was
OUs all-time leader in career passingyards and touchdown passes, and
won the Heisman Trophy in 2003.
Jason currently owns a chain o retail
stores throughout Oklahoma and vol-
unteers his time with local charities.
All proceeds rom the auction will benet the Eagle Git
Foundation. Auction Invitations will be e-mailed to all
attendees who register online to play in the gol tourna-

Steve Gage was quarterback or the
University o Tulsa (1983-1986) and
went on to play with the 1988 Super
Bowl Champions, the Washington
Redskins. Steve is currently a Re-
gional Vice President or McJunkin
Red Man Corporation. He is also an
ordained minister and pastors the
Tri-County Baptist Church in Skiatook,
OK.
Steve Owens was the co-captain o
the University o Oklahoma Sooners
in 1969 and was awarded the 1969

Education Sessions
E1: Energy Outlook , presented by Robert CarpenterMany actors are shaping the direction and viability
o the pipeline construction market. This presentation
will provide an overview o those actors and how
they impact proposed pipeline projects. The session
will also discuss near and long-term plans or pipeline
construction.
Mr. Carpenter has served as editor o Underground
Construction since 1992. During this period, Under-
ground Construction has been honored several timesby industry groups or its news coverage o under-
ground inrastructure issues. Carpenter is a two-time
recipient o the International Construction & Engineer-
ing Writers Association’s Boger Award or outstanding
editorial. Carpenter serves as director o the educa-
tional program or the Underground Construction
Technology International Conerence & Exhibition.
He is also active in numerous industry groups and as-
sociations.
E2: Emerging Technologies, Gas Turbine Emission
Enhancement Systems, presented by Dennis Cousino
Learn more about how emission reduction technol-
ogy allows existing gas turbines to operate with less
emissions, better perormance and higher eciency.
This technology eliminates or delays the replacement
o older machines, and increases the pipeline thru-put
using existing compressors, in-place already.
Mr. Cousino is the president o Zero Stage, Inc. He is
a registered engineer in several states, with 35 years
o practice in mechanical and electrical engineering,
project management and operations, in the utility
power, rening and mid-stream industries. He holds
two US patents. Mr. Cousino a graduate o Kettering
University (ormerly General Motors Institute).
E3: Critical Incident Response: The Need or
Proper Intervention, presented by Tom Beddow
Proper training o incident responders and a plan or
quick and appropriate response is critical to the efec
tiveness o workplace crisis intervention. Learn prove
techniques and processes that ensure a healthy and
successul approach.
Mr. Beddow is currently the Coordinator o the OilPatch Chaplains USA. Previously Tom served as Direc
tor o Family Ministry and Counseling rom 2000-200
He was the Owner Operator o T. R. Beddow Welding
Service in Ada, Oklahoma rom 1979-1999. Mr. Bed-
dow has received numerous certications in the area
o crisis intervention, disaster relie, and suicide pre-
vention. Mr. Beddow served as Governor’s Appointe
Council or the Prevention o Teen Suicide (2000-200
and has also been involved in numerous association
and organizations. Mr. Beddow received his bachelo
o science degree rom Midwestern State Univ. in
Wichita Falls, TX, and his masters in science degree in
marriage and amily therapy rom Oklahoma Baptist
Univ. in Shawnee, OK.
E4: Integrity Management, presented by Matt Argo
This education session ocuses on critical areas indi-
cated by preliminary surveys and by general industry
response to the rule: identiying high consequence
areas and perorming both external and internal
corrosion direct assessment (ECDA and ICDA). The in
structor will ofer education as to how to meet today
stringent pipeline regulations.
Matt is currently Supervisor o Pipeline Asset Integ-
rity Engineering at Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P
His group is responsible or maintaining Magellan’s
Integrity Management Program. Previously, Matt
worked with Magellan/Williams Pipeline conducting
Encroachment reviews and Additional and Preventa-
tive Mitigative measures analyses. He also has two
years experience with Wiltel in project management
and eight years with Williams Gas Pipeline Central in
pipeline and station construction, project manage-
ment and Operations Technical support. Matt is a
member o the Steering Committee or American

Previously, Mr. Mosley was the Director o the Division o
Pipeline Certicates. This division has the responsibility o
managing applications or major inrastructure constructio
projects involving the transportation and storage o natura
gas, along with the siting and authorization o import and
export acilities, and or advising the Commission on engi-
neering issues relating to hydraulic analysis and pipeline
ow modeling; underground storage o natural gas; and
gas quality and interchangeability. Mr. Mosley holds a
bachelor o science degree in civil engineering rom Aubur
University.

ANPRM (2010/2011). Matt holds a bachelor o science
degree in mechanical engineering rom Kansas State
University, and is a registered petroleum engineer.

Keynote Speaker, Berne L. MosleyBerne Mosley is the Deputy Director o FERC’s Oce o
Energy Projects. This Oce is responsible or processing ap-
plications or the construction and
operation o natural gas pipeline
and storage acilities or interstate
and oreign commerce, including
liqueed natural gas (LNG), and
licenses or non-ederal hydroelec-
tric projects, as well as managing
the license compliance and dam
saety programs. In addition, this
Oce administers the supplemen-
tal siting authority or interstate electric transmission acili-
ties granted by the Energy Policy Act o 2005.
