What is a podcast? (see CD/handout)

• A podcast is like a radio show.

• instead of being broadcast live, a podcast is recorded and then distributed over the internet, so that you can listen to it whenever you please.

• Voices and sounds can be layered and manipulated to form whatever

sound you desire.
