Important Notes All meetings‟ registrations and hotel reservations are made through Experient, NAR‟s official registration company. Experient will confirm your advance registration and hotel reservation by fax or email (if you provide this information) within one week of your registration submission. If you do not provide a fax number or email address, registration confirmation will be mailed within one week.

U.S. Attendees: Register by October 14, 2011, and receive your badge and tickets in the mail. October 14 is the advance cutoff date for Optional & Guest Fun Buck Tours, Inaugural Celebration, and International Night Out. After October 14, 2011, pick up your badge and tickets at Will Call in the Anaheim Convention Center.

Canadian and Other International Attendees: To avoid potential postal delays, badges will not be mailed. You can pick up your badge at NAR International Registration at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Hotel reservations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

An NAR member must register their spouse or guest under a full Spouse/Guest registration.

Each spouse/guest registrant automatically receives four Fun Bucks with their registration.

Redeem these Fun Bucks toward tours and attraction tickets. Each tour/attraction may use a different number of Fun Bucks.

To redeem Fun Bucks, the NAR member must log into their existing registration and redeem the Fun Bucks for their spouse or guest. Tickets are subject to availability.

If you do not redeem your Fun Bucks by October 14, 2011, you may still redeem your Fun Bucks on site at the Optional & Guest Fun Bucks Tours desk outside registration. Tickets are subject to availability.

Fun Bucks are non-transferable.

Fun Bucks may be used to purchase no more than one ticket per tour or attraction.

Fun Bucks cannot be used as partial payment toward the purchase of a tour or attraction.

10:30a – 12:00p International Forum: Meeting Global Buyer Expectations: Location: Anaheim Convention Center Open to Registered Conference Attendees The United States remains a top destination for foreign buyers as international purchases surged by $16 billion this year, one of the highest increases in recent years. $82 billion worth of residential property was purchased by international buyers in the U.S. from March 2010-March 2011, and 62% paid cash. By attending the International Forum you will prepare yourself for these global buyers and learn to meet their buying expectations. Specifically, analyze the real estate markets in Canada, France, Germany, and Singapore with international experts from all four countries. This is one of four sessions that will be simultaneously translated into French, Portuguese and Spanish.

Against a backdrop of growing global uncertainty, commercial real estate markets are providing moderate signs of improvement. Investments have been rising, as cross-border investors seek stability in international metropolitan gateways. NAR‟s Chief Economist will discuss the 2011 economic activity and its impact upon the commercial real estate outlook. He will be joined by two industry experts in a presentation of current market trends and a discussion of the changing landscape for commercial real estate. This is one of four sessions that will be simultaneously translated into French, Portuguese and Spanish.
