Transcript of 2011 Philbrook Festival of Trees Invitation 3
Philbrook announces the 27th Annual Festival of Trees. Last year alone, nearly 20,000 people visited Philbrook during the three-week festival. This Tulsa tradition holds an important role within our city and brings many benefits to Philbrook. Your support of Philbrook’s most popular public event enables Garden Glow, which drew over 3,000 people in 2010, to open to the public at no cost. The proceeds from Festival of Trees also enable Philbrook to serve a diverse population in Tulsa through continuing free public programs such as “My Museum,” “2nd Saturday,” among other Philbrook programs.
As a member, you can visit Philbrook during the entire holiday season to enjoy the exhibitions and decorations, find the perfect gift in the Museum Shop with your member discount, and enjoy lunch in la Villa Restaurant overlooking the beautiful gardens. Join generations of Tulsans who make Philbrook during the holidays a family tradition.
