FROM A TO ZFROM A TO ZAdmission:All guests entering Heinz Field, regardless of age,must have a valid event ticket or credential to gainadmission into the stadium. Guests arriving afterhalftime should use Gate B, which will be open theentire game.

Alcohol:Guests of Heinz Field must be 21 years or older topurchase/consume alcoholic beverages. ARAMARKreserves the right to check proof of legal drinkingage. There is a maximum of two (2) beers perpurchase at all concession stands. All alcohol salesin the seating bowl will be discontinued at the endof the third quarter. ARAMARK has the right todiscontinue the sale of alcohol at anytime during anevent.

ATM Machines:Nine PNC Bank ATM Machines are locatedthroughout the stadium. Northeast end of theCoca-Cola Great Hall on the East Side, Southeastand Southwest corners of the South Plaza, Lower

Level North behind Section 127, East Club behindSection 214, West Club behind Section 237, UpperLevel East behind Section 516, Upper Level Westbehind Section 539, and along Art Rooney Avenue.

Banners/Signs:Banners and signs in good taste may be displayed inthe stadium, provided they do not block fansightlines or stadium signage. Banners or signs thatare attached to poles are prohibited.

Cameras:Cameras (still only) are permitted inside Heinz Field as longas their use does not interfere with the game or other Guests’enjoyment of the game. Professional Cameras/Lenses (longerthan 6 in.) are not permitted. Video cameras and videorecording of events at Heinz Field is prohibited.

Cellular Phones:Usage of cellular phones in the stadium is permitted, so longas it does not disturb other fans in the area or interfere withtheir ability to enjoy the event.

Container Policy:For the safety of all our guests, bottles, cans, coolers,thermoses, flasks, or any other type of container deemed to bepotentially harmful in any way are prohibited in Heinz Field.

Designated Drivers:Guests of legal drinking age who hold a valid driver’s license andwish to sign up to be a designated driver may stop by thedesignated drivers booths located at Gates A, B or C. In return forsafe and sober transportation of their group from Heinz Field, thedesignated driver will receive a coupon redeemable for a soft drinkduring the game. Coupons can be redeemed at any concessionstand. Guests may register up until the end of the first quarter.

Drop off areas are located at theintersection of Art Rooney Avenue and ReedsdaleStreet at the Northeast corner by Gate B and NorthShore Drive at the Southwest Corner, directlyacross from the Carnegie Science Center.

Disability Services:For questions concerning disability services and/oraccessible seating, please call the Steelers’ TicketOffice at (412) 323-1200 or GuestServices at (412) 697-7146.

Elevators:Elevators are locatedat the Press Entrance(Southwest corner ofstadium across fromthe Carnegie ScienceCenter), Gate C Suite

Lobby and Gate B Suite Lobby for use by guestsholding suite tickets and disabled guests.

Escalators:Escalators going to all levels of Heinz Field arelocated in the East and West Rotundas at Gate Aand at the northeast corner by Gate B.

Our Fan Code of Conduct is a constant reminderof the importance of a fan friendly environment.This Fan Code of Conduct has been designed to setfan behavior guidelines and to encourage all guests’to treat others with P.R.I.D.E.

You can contribute to this campaign byconducting yourself with P.R.I.D.E. at all times.Our event day staff has been trained to intervenewhen necessary to ensure the code of conduct isadhered to. Please review our Fan Code of Conduct

for guidelines pertaining to fan behavior. Engage inconversation with the fans around you and worktogether to set a precedent.

Wewant all fans attending our events to enjoy theexperience in a responsible fashion. Whenattending an event you are required to refrain fromthe following behaviors:• Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in

nature• Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment

that results in irresponsible behavior• Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures• Interference with the progress of the event

(including throwing objects onto the field)• Failing to follow instructions of stadium

personnel• Verbal or physical harassment of opposing team

fans• Wearing or displaying any apparel or signage with

Stadium Staff will promptly intervene tosupport an environment where event patrons, theirguests, and other fans can enjoy the event free fromthe above behaviors. Event patrons and guests whoviolate these provisions will be subject to ejection

without refund and potential loss of ticketprivileges for future events.

PSSI Stadium LLC reserves the right to revoketicket privileges for any reason and at any timeduring the season. PSSI Stadium LLC will notify inwriting the season ticket holder of record of anyreport of fan misconduct.

If a guest wishes to report intolerable behavior,please go to the nearest GuestServices Room, call our FanHotline or send a TextMessage.

Gate Entry:Entry gates are Gate A

(South), Gate B (Northeast) and Gate C(Northwest). Gates open for guest entry two (2)hours prior to kick-off. All gates are handicapaccessible. Guests are encouraged to arrive early.

Kids Connection:Parents can register their child withHeinz Field personnel to aidstadium staff in the event that theybecome separated. A wristband with

Lost & Found:Guests needing to claim orreport lost items during agame should visit one of theGuest Services Rooms.Guests inquiring about lostitems at previous gamesshould call (412) 697-7135for information. Items lostat prior games are held instorage for 30 days and theneither disposed of ordonated to an appropriatecharitable organization.Items lost/found at previous events will not beavailable for pick up on event days.

Merchandise:Guests wishing to purchase Pittsburgh Steelers and

University of Pittsburghmerchandise can find PittsburghSideline Stores and variousportable stands locatedthroughout Heinz Field. Inaddition Art’s Gallery, behindSection 112, will feature limitededition lithographs, collectiblesand memorabilia. Locations areindicated on the Heinz Field LevelLayout Maps inside this guide.

Parking:The Heinz Field Fan Guidecontains a map identifyingparking lots throughout the area.Parking information fordowntown garages and pre-soldspaces on the North Shore is alsoprovided on Steelers.com

Re-Entry:Exit and re-entry is not permitted at Heinz Field. Incase of a medical emergency, please proceed to theGuest Services Kiosk at Gate B.

FROM A TO ZFROM A TO ZRestrooms:There are 52 restrooms locatedthroughout Heinz Field.Family restrooms withchanging tables are located onthe East Side behind Section105 in the Coca-Cola GreatHall, Lower Level Northbehind Section 124, West Sidebehind Section 141, East Clubbehind Section 205, West Clubbehind Section 240, UpperLevel East behind Section 505,Upper Level West behindSection 529, Upper Level Northbehind Section 522, and NorthClub Lounge behind Sections 4and 12. All restrooms are accessible and haveaccessible stalls.

Security:Guests at Heinz Field are asked to cooperate withsecurity personnel to ensure the safety of allpatrons. In addition, fans that wear or bring heavy

clothing, jackets, or blankets will be asked to opensuch items for inspection and pat down. Thefollowing items are not permitted:• Bags• Back packs• Coolers (hard/soft sided)• Thermoses

Small purses, small camera cases, binocularcases and diaper bags will be permitted, however,all items that do not pass security must bereturned to vehicles.

Guests are asked to arrive early to eliminatelines at security checks.

Heinz Field is NOT responsible for items leftat gates.

Sitting or Standing:To ensure fan safety and enjoyment of all games,sitting or standing in the aisles and crosswalks, orin ramps and stairways, is not permitted. Standingon stadium seats is also prohibited.

Smoking Policy:Heinz Field is a smoke-free facility. Inconsideration of the comfort of all ticket holders,we ask your cooperation. There are NO designatedsmoking areas inside the stadium, and re-entry isprohibited. Guests who fail to comply with thepolicy after appropriate warning may be subject toejection from Heinz Field. All season ticketholders and event patrons are responsible forwhoever utilizes their tickets and occupies thatparticular seat for any event held at Heinz Field.

Telephones:There are public telephones located throughoutHeinz Field as shown on the Heinz Field Levellayout maps inside this guide.

Ticket Reselling Zone:Fans wishing to re-sell their event ticketscan safely do so in the ticket reselling zonelocated at the northeastern corner of TonyDorsett Way and North Shore Drive.

Umbrellas:Umbrellas are permitted in Heinz Field, butare not permitted to be opened.

Wheelchairs:A limited number of wheelchairs are

available for transporting guests that are disabled totheir seating location. Guests can be transportedfrom the gates to their seats. If a wheelchair isneeded for the duration of the game, guests mustsupply their own wheelchairs. Wheelchairs cannotbe reserved in advance. Upon arrival, guests canarrange for a wheelchair at any entrance of HeinzField. Guests needing assistance after the gameshould contact a Seat Attendant or visit one of theGuest Services Rooms. Guests can then receivewheelchair transportation back to the gate.Wheelchair storage is available at any GuestServices or concierge location.
