House Rules and Guidelines

A. Check in and check out 1. Check in on 5th June 2010 (Saturday) [lunch provided]2. Check out before 1 pm on 7th June 2010 (Monday) [packed lunch provided]3. Any additional charges by the Hotel as a result of earlier arrivals, late check out and

extended stay will be borne by LEOS and LIONS themselves.4. Before checking out, do check your room that you have not forgotten your wallet,

IC/Passport & other valuables.5. Please return room keys to the Hotel reception counter upon checking out.

! CODE OF CONDUCTB. Name / Identification Tag 1. Name/Identification tag must be worn at all times when moving around the

Forum venue. Any participant found without name/Identification tag will receive a warning and be requested to put it on immediately.

2. A fine of RM5.00 and disciplinary action will be taken against any Leo found without Name/Identification tag for more than 3 times.

3. Delegates without Name /Identification tag will not be allowed into any forum event and meals.

4. Replacement upon verification for loss of Name /Identification tag is RM10.00 per tag.

C. Attendance 1. Forum events and activities are COMPULSORY for all Leo delegates. Disciplinary

measures will be taken against any delegate found in hotel room during forum events.2. PUNCTUALITY must be observed at all forum events.

D. Behaviour 1. Delegates who are involved in any sort of crime, misbehaviour, rowdiness, violation of

house rules, fighting, gambling, smoking and consuming of alcoholic drinks will be asked to leave the forum venue immediately without refund of registration fees, room and meals payment.

2. Lights have to be off at 12.00 midnight on the 1st night and at 1.00 am on the 2nd night.3. Disciplinary action will be taken against any delegate found in the room of the opposite

sex. 4. Disciplinary action will be taken against any delegate found not in their own room after

1.00am.5. No delegate will be allowed to leave the forum venue unless prior consent is obtained

from DC Leo or Leo Adviser/ Faculty adviser and endorsed by Chief Forum Adviser. ONLY VALID AND GENUINE CASES WILL BE CONSIDERED.

6. Disciplinary action will be taken against any delegate found leaving the forum venue without written permission.

7. No alcoholic drink is allowed during the Forum.

E. Dress Code 1. Delegates must observe dress code in all forum events.2. Delegates without proper dress code will be requested to change before attending any

function/dinner/event.3. Shoes for male delegates or formal footwear for female delegates must be put on during

all official functions and meals served in the forum venue.

! HOTEL RULES &REGULATIONS1. All room service charges are borne by delegates (phones, laundry, food etc)2. All delegates must observe room cleanliness even though there are house keeping

services.3. The Hotel's properties are not allowed to be taken out of the Hotel unless they have been

purchased.4. Delegates must observe the Hotel's rules and regulations at all times.5. Delegates have to pay for any damage of the Hotel’s properties.6. Do not slam doors or behave noisily in the resort corridors.

! EMERGENCY 1. In the event of an EMERGENCY, kindly contact the Secretariat or the Hotel’s

reception.2. Please return all “LOST AND FOUND” items to the Secretariat.3. Please cooperate with security personnel at various checkpoints at forum venue.
