By signing this agreement, I agree to be present and have my products on display at the “Ladies' Night Out” Event to be held at the Murphysboro Event Center, 1329 Walnut Street, as follows:
Thursday, July 29, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
I further agree that my display will be completely set-up and ready for viewing no later than 5:45 p.m. on Thursday, July 29, 2010. Dismantling of display will NOT be allowed until after 9:00 p.m.
Set-up may begin at 4:00 p.m.
Booth space (1) 6' table & (2) chairs (approximately 10' x 10' in size) You will NOT be allowed to exceed your space limits. If you require additional space, please contact FOM for additional space pricing.
Fee for booth space is $25.00 (IF POSTMARKED BY JAN 30, 2010) Fee after this date is $30. Final postmark deadline is March 1, 2010. Spaces will be assigned as entries are received. Any contracts received after the FINAL postmark date may be accepted if space allows.

WINERIES & FOOD VENDORS: There is no charge for your table, you are providing a service to the success of our event. Your donation is tax deductible as we are a 501 (c)(3) not for profit foundation # 37-1557197
All direct contacts received and sales obtained from guests of the event will be held confidential by the undersigned Vendor. No additional commissions are due to the Friends of Murphysboro.
Illinois State Sales Tax is the responsibility of the vendor. There are NO refunds of the space rental fee.
This contract may be cancelled at anytime by Friends of Murphysboro.
Vendor offering of registrations for drawings and additional services are encouraged.

“ 2010 Ladies’ Night Out ” Event Vendor Contract
Vendors may be liable for any damage caused by their products or demonstration of products, including set-up and dismantling. The following rules are required by the Event Center: It is prohibited to use tape, glue, thumbtacks, nails, poster putty, or any other adhesive material on tables, chairs, walls, door frames, stairwells, or equipment. Decorations, posters, displays, are NOT to be hung or attached to walls. Decorations are NOT to be hung from the ceiling or light fixtures (no exceptions). Sitting and/or standing on tables is not allowed. For the safety of guests, please do not block exit doors or stairways.
