We do this by providing the highest quality, liberal-arts college preparatory education within an atmosphere that is responsive to the needs of the child and parents. As the only independent Episcopal Pre- Kindergarten through grade 12 school in Oklahoma City, we pride ourselves on upholding a tradition of educational excellence that began in 1947. Driven by our mission to educate the mind, body and spirit, Casady students learn to listen perceptively, think analytically, and write and speak clearly. Outstanding, dedicated faculty and small class sizes allow for individual attention and vigorous standards of achievement. In fact, every year, Casady Upper Division students achieve among Oklahoma’s highest average SAT scores, and 100 percent of our graduates are accepted to colleges and universities, prepared to succeed. Casady Offers Financial Assistance Qualified students should not be deterred from applying to Casady School for financial reasons. Payment plans are offered, and financial aid is available to families of students in all grades for whom the full cost of a Casady School education would be prohibitive. Our financial aid program serves two purposes: It enables students to attend Casady School even though they may have financial need. It provides Casady with a well- qualified student body reflecting a broad social and economic mix. Awards are made not only to families whose ability to pay is limited, but also to those of more substantial means who may need only a small subsidy to meet our tuition charges. In 2010-2011 our students are receiving nearly $1 million in financial assistance. The average amount of a financial aid award is $8,400. At Casady, we are committed to expanding children’s understanding of the world and the opportunities they encounter. Through scholarships, payment plans and need-based financial aid, we work toward making a Casady education feasible for deserving average to high-ability children throughout the Oklahoma City area. Prepare to Succeed

The Value of a Casady Education

Casady helps students from Pre-Kindergarten through grade 12 develop and achieve their fullest potential, preparing them for an increasingly complex and diverse world. We do this by providing the highest quality, liberal-arts college preparatory education within an atmosphere that is responsive to the needs of the child and parents. As the only independent Episcopal Pre-Kindergarten through grade 12 school in Oklahoma City, we pride ourselves on upholding a tradition of educational excellence that began in 1947.

Driven by our mission to educate the mind, body and spirit, Casady students learn to listen perceptively, think analytically, and write and speak clearly. Outstanding, dedicated faculty and small class sizes allow for individual attention

and vigorous standards of achievement. In fact, every year, Casady Upper Division students achieve among Oklahoma’s highest average SAT scores, and 100 percent of our graduates are accepted to colleges and universities, prepared to succeed.

Casady Offers Financial Assistance

Qualified students should not be deterred from applying to Casady School for financial reasons. Payment plans are offered, and financial aid is available to families of students in all grades for whom the full cost of a Casady School education would be prohibitive.

Question & Answer

Financial aid awards are determined by the financial aid committee. The awards are based predominantly on need, although a few merit-based awards also are available. Need-based financial aid awards are determined through a computation provided by FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment, based on figures submitted by the family. Families also are required to submit a photocopy of their most recent federal income tax forms and W-2s to FACTS.

1. When you submit your child’s application to Casady, check the box on the application that indicates your interest in being considered for financial assistance. 2. Please complete an applicant profile from FACTS online by visiting www.factstutionaid.com. If you do not have access to a computer and the internet, you may contact the admission office to have a hard copy mailed to you. This hard copy will need to be mailed to FACTS.

3. Fax a photocopy of your 2010 federal income tax forms and all related schedules to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.

FACTS will send Casady a computation of your family’s ability to pay for your child’s education, based on the information you submit. We will use the computation and our review of your tax documents as a basis for our considerations.

NOTE: We cannot grant a financial aid award until the student has been accepted, and we have received: 1. A signed enrollment contract and deposit. 2. FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment computation. 3. Notification from FACTS that they have recievd your 2010 Federal income tax return and all related schedules.
