1. Call to Order• The meeting was called to order by President Elizabeth Crabtree at 12:00pm ET.2. President’s Report• Crabtree highlighted some of APRA’s successes during 2008–2009.• She also reported about some of the strategic plans the APRA Board had determined for the upcoming year.3. • 2009 Operating Revenue = approximately $1,010,000• 2009 Operating Expenses = approximately $1,161,000

• 2010 Budgeted Revenue = $937,000 (7.2% decrease)• 2010 Budgeted Expense = $1,072,000 (7.7% decrease)

APRA reserve funds are covering some operational expenses in 2010.

We expect to begin replenishing reserves in 2011.

APRA has provided education to more than 1,600 people in the past 12 months!

Member Services

• Thanks to GG&A for extending DonorScape offer to APRA members through March of 2011

• Partnership on programs with AFP and CASE V to extend discounted access to education

• Created and launched a new, enhanced online member directory

Membership Dues Increase

• Task Force reviewed current dues rate and the services provided under it

• First dues increase in at least five years

Current dues: $150 for individual

2011 dues: $195 for individual beginning January 1, 2011

**Savings incentive: $175 for individual until December 31, 2010

APRA Partnerships

• Effective July 15, 2010

• APRA members receive discounted AIIP membership and offerings
