Contestants 3-24 may not be married, pregnant nor have children. Age is asof day of pageant. *MISS contestants must be Jr/Sr in highschool orattending college with at least one-year left. Certain sponsors will ONLYwrite scholarship checks out to a college. Siblings may move up to no
compete against each other but there will be NO moving down. Jr/Teen/Missare required to fulfill obligations during their reign that include: five (5official appearances, one of which must be your states (Or Gas) officia AgDay . Half of scholarship funds will be divided and presented to wi nneron-stage. Balances will be distr ibuted aft er successful reign duri ng f arewellAll program photos, required donations and fees must be submitted by thedeadline to be included in the calendar program. Program photos must beturned in or emailed with this application. Line-up is based on PAIDapplicati ons arrival fi rst in, last out.
Petite Little (ages 3-9) & Boys will compete in on-stage presentation in gown/suit only. Scoring will be based on poise,personality/on-stage presentation & overall appearance. Optionals are scored separately during line-up.
Jr Ms will compete in interview, on-stage presentation, sportswear and personal introduction. Sportswear consists of atailored outfit or pantsuit of choice. Personal introductions will be presented during sportswear this should consist only of
name, age, hometown, sponsor/parents/spouse and one descriptive line about yourself. Interview questions will initiate frombio for Jr/Ms contestants. Teen/Miss questions can come from bio, current events, Georgia agriculture & general knowledge.Interviews will be scored on appearance, personality, general knowledge & conversational skills. Final scores will becalculated at 30% Interview/ 30% On-stage Presentation / 20% Sportswear & 20% Personal Introduction.
All State Queens will be awarded their official State crown, embroidered sash; program and other awards as added. Prizeswill be given for dress, hair, sportswear and interview as applicable. To guarantee scholarships and separate them fromoperating expenses, each contestant is required to make a scholarship donation in cashfrom themselves or through sponsors.The entire amount collected will be distributed among all Queens. No certain amount is guaranteed, amount depends uponnumber of contestants.
Two NATIONAL titles will be awarded: Highest overall score 3-9 (Little Miss US AG) and 10+ (Miss US AG) Winners willreceive National sash and crown.
The title of Agriculture Grand Ambassador wil l be awarded to the contestant that collects the highest amount of extradonations in the form of $1.00 tickets. You must sell a minimum of 50 tickets to qualify. The winner will receive an officialdeluxe sash & crown. Two runner-ups will receive a nice gift. Tickets can be turned in at check-in with CASH ONLY. Make your
own tickets, no larger than business card size. Include purchasers name and phone number and contestants name. One ticketwill be randomly pulled during the pageant for a prize basket. Contestant is responsible for delivering basket to their purchaserif not in attendance.
Admission is $10.00 for everyone excluding the contestant entered in the pageant, children 6 and under and visiting queenswith current titles and wearing their crown and sash. Please, be sure your guests are aware of the admission fee. No photo orvideo cameras allowed without a paid pass ($5) & can only take photos in the designated section. NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY!A paid photographer/videographer wil l be available for photos and videos. This wil l be strictly enforced.

Hair, make-up and attire must be age appropriate. Glitz attire is acceptable. Please, no detectable hair piecesflippers or fake eyelashes on young girls. Be true to the spirit of this program - - agriculture.
Modeling: W e a re looking f or smooth, rela xed natural to semi-glitz walking. NO STIFF BARBIE DOLL STYLE
Sportswear outfits are tailored outfits or pantsuits that reflect your style and personality. This is not casual wear.Interviews are round-robin style. This is a more intimate style of interview. Contestants will have 3 minutes with eachjudg e. Be p repared to make the most of your time.

Begin is called again.o This continues until you have interviewed with all judges. After that, you are dismissed until the pageant
begins.o Be sure to check-in and collect your number and turn in any balances before you leave.
Interview contestants should wear a suit. Pants are acceptable. You should dress as if you were interviewing for animportant job that you really want. Jewelry should be limited. Low to mid heeled, closed toe, taupe shoes are usuallyyour best bet. You do not want the judges eye to go to your feet! Jr Miss contestants may wear Sunday Best.
