NO THE SCIENCE OF READING THE GAME: The coach knows that at the beginning of the firsthalf, USA received 1-0 and the same thing was happened in the 3

rdperiod of the game? No

Mental Preparation? Remember coaches: The coach needs to read the game advising and

preparing the players to be careful of the beginning ofeach of the games 4 parts! (not during

the game, but, in special training strategies):

1. Strategies when the score is 0-0;2. Strategies when, the opponent is leading the score and we need to come back? (forcing the

entire team to press and get to score), and go ahead;

3. Strategies when, own team is leading the score and we need to win the game, also, throughthe effort mental, physical and skills of entire team/players as well as coaches & staff!

The team was playing very bad in the first half and exceptional in the second half, when theycan score 2-3-4 goals, without difficulties, BUT,

The USA-NT Playing Concept WAS TOTAL ANGLO-SAXON: WITH LONG/AND TO LONG KICKSAND FIGHT (Specific to the SO CALLED THE SYSTEM-WITHOUT SYSTEM! NOTHING-Intelligent,

NOTHING-Controlled by Mind, Trained and Prepared BEFORE IN THE LAST 4 YEARS!

The game (with Ghana, as well as before), the USA-NT was based on: Long Ball + Blind fight +the inspiration of Super-star player: Donovan!)

The National Team of USA has been poorly prepared for a World Cup, when you have 4 yearsto prepare every player, groups, lines, parts of the team and of course, the entire team!

But, FOTBAL has other rules than the SOCCER and everyone has to realize that The AmericanWay of Soccer. Its not working! So, please football/soccer coaches, come back and dont be

afraid to PLAY FOOTBALL, IN THE CHAMPIONS WAY! It any coach knows that in the last 20

years, the winners of the last 5-WORLD CUPS are the National Teams of the LATIN CONCEPT;

you have to accept to take into consideration this elementary-common-sense professional rule!

1. 1994-Brazil; 1998-France; 2002-Brazil, 2006-Italy and in 2010-won the Spain National Team!

So, what is the STRATEGY OF USSF-FOR NATIONAL TEAMS? What are you playing to win Mr.Manager? (because you cant be called coach), to win?

1. LatinConcept of Performance?2. Anglo-SaxonConcept of Performance?3. Or, mixing Latin + Anglo-Saxon, to be called the American FOTBAL Concept of

performance?

Every one of us (including the Coach of the USA-NT), we need to understand sincerely, FROMWHERE WE KNOW ABOUT THE FOTBAL GAME? What we know from the game of performance?

Please, dont respond to anyone, ITS TO LATE FOR YOU TO SAY YES AND DO WHAT YOU DONT

BELIEVE AND KNOW! Professionalism in football!

After 50 years of INTENTIONAL OBSERVATION and the last 12 World Cups Studies, from whereone is amazing the world of football As soon as a College Coach, or Se mi-professional coach,

without anything exceptional, than a friend to appoint him, the second day of the appointment,

becomes:

1-Over night Super - expert in world - football;

2.-The world football scientist of football and all the sciences involved in the highest

performance (as World Cup);

3.- Changing his personality, lousing the professional common-sense, and;

4.- Losing the chance to learn international football, becoming automatically the first obstacle in

the develop of the club or national teams!

So, REMEMBER and ask yourself, dear fellow Fotbal Coaches:1. Who are you, as professional coach?

2. What do you know about the science of the football game?

3. Avoid stopping learning and progressing, becoming automatically, incompetent for the coaching

performance activity!

2. PHYSCIAL FITNESS:

The team was playing in the second half, without any strategy ofmanagement of energy givenall out, without skills and tactic to control intelligent the ball and the game. The team was

playing excellent, creating goal situations, but they were not able to score and win! They lost

entire reserve of energy, and the most important aspect which in football is called freshness,

clear-vision, accuracy, the creative and power to score.

The USA-NT team was not able to demonstrate tactics and particularly, strategies to playingaccordingly to the opponent, prepared by the coach before the world cup, during 4 years.The

World Cupholiday!?!

The USA-NT has a wrong algorithm of strategies: Starting the game slow, allowed to theopponent to score and at the end of the game, coming back, with special motivation and most

of the time, tie or win the game (through the super-star, Donovan contribution!).

But, this game is called Fotbal and has (sometimes) 4 parts and what was happened, withGhana, is exactly, what you prepared 4 years! Second half was of the USA, from all points of

view! But the game was not finished? So, there is another strategy, unexpected and

particularly, unprepared (Mentally, physically and strategically), to be established, trained and

perfected in special mental, skill, patterns and game stress - strategies!

For the 3rd and 4th parts of the game, the USA-NT has-no-energy! The second goal was comingas result of the defenders unable to get a GHANA PLAYER between the 2 defenders, but, as we

mentioned, the 1 vs. 1, (even 1-Ghana player vs. 2-American players was not enough to stop to

score the second goal), will be difficult to stop the African super-stars, all of them playing

professional in all teams around the world!

The Anglo-Saxon System is based on the Physical Energy and despite of the fact that theAmerican-NT players are skillful and good football players, they are playing the same system

of England! This aspect we are talking with the American coaches & leaders in the last 20 years,

science we are in the USA, and nobody wants to recognize and change the system and the USA-

NT cant win against any first class value national teams! (No in the friendly games, which are to

give business to the giants, and satisfy to the supporters!)

1. USANT (not only for the national Team A, but for all youth and juniors NT) need coachesto know football and being flexible to train and lead intelligent players, which are better

professional than the national coach!

2. You need a Master Coach to understand the sciences of football frontiers train and perfectthe Management of Energy. The team spent all energy, but they forget that this game is called

Fotbal and has some times 4 parts and particularly when is playing at the World Cup!

We were nave, the national coach declared after the game? Sorry, Mr. Coach! Thisstatement shows that you are not professional!

From the international big & famous coaches: Capello (England), Domenech (France), Lippi(Italy), there is no excuses and substitute for LOSING! No team will continue with the same

coach, because are many forces to oppose to this decision! You are compromised and the world

football is not interested in your science, charisma, past performances! YOU ARE CAPABLE TO

LEAD NATIONAL FOTBAL TEAM OF USA? Ask the football coaches around the world and you will

have the same response.

1. You are a good or, maybe very good, but, you need to be exceptional, and you are not yet!2. As the founder of the ASSOCIATION OF THE COACHES WITHOUT FRONTIERS, WE ARE

DISCUSSING OPENLY. You have to play fair to win internationally!

3. What can be happened with you as the national Coach, for the next 4 years?3.1.The USA-NT cant have the same players for the 2014 World Cup?3.2. With your concept without concept, having the same mistakes, simple: you dont

qualify yet for the next 2014 World Cup!

3.3. So, playing the same English Concept, Prepared to play in Brazil, the famous ANGLO-SAXON SYSTEM (which created The American soccer-the VERY WRONG WAY), there

will be no chance to qualify- for the World Cup 2014, or dont qualify for the first round,of the 2014 World Cup! Etc

3. SKILLS IN ATTACK?

Ghana was played exactly opposite to the USA! They played Latin Football Concept. Ghanadominated the game through small groups passes, almost all ball were passed from the

Goalkeeper - by hand and they were running, Without losing energy! (Like the Brazil,

Argentina, Spain, etc.), and the efficiency of the game was superior: accurate, having the ball in

control, automatically you are controlling the energy, and if they lost the ball, they had the

freshness and energy to recover the ball, through a better individual and creative skills.

When the USA get the ball, they use in majority situations, only one variant of attacking: kicklong ball (NO PASSING) and of course, lost the ball control and the game control.

USA skills to control the ball were done with effort for each move, and because they didnt usethe TIMING to control the ball, the passes to control Ghana team and score goals (as

result of better management of energy!

Again, the USA-NT Coach has been 4 years with the team. From the game, we understood, thecoach was just a Guardian - not a coach, to educate, teach, coach winning game skills and

game strategies! Has the national coach a written CONCEPT OF PERFORMANCE FOR THE

WORLD CUP?

The American Fotbal motto is false: We are playing American Soccer way!Now and again,you have to accept that you need changes! ALL 206 N.T. members of the FIFA want to win the

World Cup! The recent WORLD CUP 2010 is a model of special seminar even for the American

coaches to accept that the perfect way of playing football is the champions way!

Lets watch, see and do, the best for our football! This is matter of education andprofessionalism! You cant play with 300 millions of people looking for a coach to declare that

we were nave! Why you are there? Do you remember who you are? You go to the war,

without knowing the name of the guns and the strategies of the opponents? You are dad-meet

from the beginning of the competition!

4. SKILLS FOR DEFENSE:

Playing in defense is a difficult task, with a strong, technique and intelligent African players;exceptional (individually), but they dontknow how to play very well as team and this is the

way to win against them:

Now, they get a special-professional coach and they changed their mind and style of playing amodern football and finally won the game and qualification in the next round!

1 vs. 1 is difficult to beat them, but, in group, was possible. We are convinced from all thegames they played, the USA team was not prepared for the games, according to the games

reality, as wellas from the coach statement!

The middle field was not controlled by the USA properly, in attack as well as in defense! We arenot discussing the insight of the game, where we can see that the US and has not principles,

methods and strategies for playing the world cup!

SOS = AMERICAN FOOTBALL COACHES: Modern football is not playing any system: SO, THEREIS NOT PLAYING SYSTEM! There is only game situations where the teams are organized

according to:

1. The Score;

2. Time to play till the end of the game;

3. Position of the ball in the field; distance to the goals;

4. Number of the players at the ball: equal, inferior or superior;,

5. The speed of the switching from attack to defense and reverse, etc..

So, the football is a science, available for the amateur, semi-professionals and particularly, tothe professional coaches!

Who is responsible for this playing value and of course, the result? Of course, the coach andthe assistants who were not the best specialists the team can have, from America! (Do you

know Mr. Coach of the USA-NT, who made the FRESHNESS OF THE NATIONAL TEAM OF

GERMANY? A specialist - USA citizen! What about the PORTUGAL COACH FOR GOALKEEPERS?

ANOTHER US- but international specialists in football! You BELIEVE THAT YOU KNOW

EVERTHING ABOUT (NOTHING) FROM FOTBAL! Which specialist CAN work with the national

Coach which is not part of thefootball scientific and technique family)?

5. SET PLAYS SITUATION?

Has been in the favor of the USA (SCORING FROM A PENALTY SITUATION) There were many corners, free kicks, for the both sides, but the teams were offering corners

easy, just because they know, that is difficult to score from the corner situations!

Dear football coaches. Anything from the game needs to be taken into consideration and usewhen the situation has been created! So, for the next USA-World CUP, and all of the COACHES

WITHOUT FRONTIERS, REMEMBER, in order to play international football, you need to know,

to train and perfect the skills at the same value, for: playing in attack, defense and set plays!

6. PLAYING IN THREE ZONES OF THE FIELD, ACCORDING TO THE BALL POSITION:

Ghana was playing a total Latino Football, using a special Timing the ball in all the gamesituations, using The Magic Latin Skills Formula: CONTROL + WATCH + PASS + RUN AND

SUPOORT THE BALL!

USA, was playing excellent passes, in their own field, without opponent; When they were coming in the center, starting fever and throw the ball long and fight! Many situations were very good, but the Emotional Control of the ball in stress has been

without energy, unable to score, despite of exceptional situations, in front of the goal (for both

teams)!

The President of USSF, in his first official statement, after the match asked the coach, How theNT, in the last world cups didnt score a goal? You are to smart to understand why, Mr.

President!

7. REFEREE AT THE WORLD CUP 2014:

Central was not totally fair, prepared or with experience of the games for this value! But the assistants were perfect calling all offside! Almost every game of the first round and all the games from the second tour were changed by

the referee!

We are asking all the NATIONAL FA, to write to FIFA and convince them to change by adjustingthe football game to the 21

stcentury AND ACCEPT SOME OF THE NEEDS AS:

1. Replay in the stadium the strange game situations;2. To play 70 minute of the EFFECTIV TIME OF THE GAME (It is unfair, the referee to offer 1-2-

3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10, for each of the 4 parts of the game (in games with extra-time) without

having any certitude that is correct? How they measured it? By interest of the referee s

considerations?!?!.....

3. Almost every players who is dribbled, the player who lost is faulting violent, brutal, theplayers by playing with the inferior human instincts! FAULT WITH: hands, very dangerous

are with elbows, shoulders, knees, legs, foot like in the demolition-boxing-derby!

4. Why FIFA, is not establishing the rules to stop this circus? What about eliminating them 15minutes from the game without substitute, and let the teams play with 10, 9, 8, 7 players,

and after one year, the game will be FAIR!

5. Professionalize the Referee! If they are changing the result of the game, suspend them for4 years to referee only the kids between 6-12 years old!

6. Allowed the substation of 18 players for every game and organize the world cupimmediately after the national championships!Etcetc... (We sent to the FIFA a technical

report and we are sending after this world cup 2010, too)!

7. There is a need of entire 206 National Football Association to oppose and they will accept!

8. STRATEGIES AND SPECIAL STRATEGIES FOR UNEXPECTED GAMESITUATIONS:

First goal was coming too early and the team of the USA was down morally, for all first half; The second half has been on the side of the USA, but, no-patience, no-TIMING THE BALL, No-

mental preparation to control the ball and the game, to score and win the game!

The 3rd part was starting with the goal and the game was over! What was amazing us (The Association of the Coaches without frontiers) has been the attitude

of the coach, staying and watching the game, like a spectator? All the other professional coachesMove, change, call, push, tray to change something, mark the best players with the best your

defenders!

How? With the SECOND VARIANT PLAN B; Plan C, strategy 1, 2, 3, switches, composesomething, and dont sleep during the game! (FOOTBALL is a science, art and a very big

business).

If you dont know, learn, ask, see, do something for the USA-NT, not for you, because you cantdo almost nothing for the game, for USA-NT, for the football, for yourself!

Every professional coach has a cod of communication between the coach and the playersduring the game? You dont know that this new NON-VERBAL COACHES ALFABET EXIST? You

told us that you were nave during the last game, as well as in the other games!

Imagine dear American coaches, and in the same time, WORLD FOOTBALL COACHEWWITHOUT FRONTIER, what was for the FOTBALL GAME IN USA, TO PLAY A SEMIFINAL OF THE

9. PLAYERS CONTRIBUTION?

Donovan was lose the freshness and was almost out of order! The rest of the players are notat the international level of performance, so, the team was just a medium class team and

football value!

The rest of the players were not coming with almost nothing in the game, than long ball, toescape from the games combinations and effort to compose the game and to rich the penalty

area with the ball in control!

Ghana- individually, where 1st-class as value better than the USA players: (maturity, control ofthe emotional when they get the ball, and even in the defense, the GHANA PASES SHORT-

PRECISE AND GETTING FROM THE USA PRESSING WITH PASSES, shows superiority and

professionalism!

Football is a wonderful game of intelligence, talent, emotional creative arts with the ball, nota game of rugby, of the powerful/physical players! To play LATINO FOOTBALL, you need to

live, train and play like the champions!

The fotbal/soccer coaches in America are indoctrinated by the NSCCA MOTTO: WE ARETEACHING YOU AND YOU TEACH THE PLAYERS? My friends coaches, with this handicapped

professional Motto, you are learning the NSCAA - ENGLISH WAY OF PLAYING, TRAINING AND

LIVING, which except the English language, has nothing positive-similar to the world football

champions!
